Today i got banned from rust for no reason counter strike 2 was running in the background and discord i got banned after being ingame for over 1 hour and the thing their customer Support says is nothing they just closed my ticket and yeah thats it never buy a game from this ass company

DONT BUY THIS GAME/ANY GAME FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU DONT WANT GET UNREASON BAN I am extremely disappointed with Facepunch Studios' rigid and unfair policy. My Steam account was recently hijacked by a malicious third party. The intruder hacked into my session, defaced my profile name with an offensive/threatening phrase ("i have a bomb"), and immediately launched Rust to get the account banned before I could even regain control. Even though Valve/Steam Support officially verified the security breach and confirmed that my account was compromised, Facepunch refuses to look at the evidence. They just automatically close support tickets as "Solved" without a human agent actually reviewing the logs or IP discrepancies. Punishing legitimate, loyal players for being the victims of a cyberattack while letting the actual hackers walk away scot-free is a terrible practice. Their "Zero Tolerance" policy is just a lazy excuse to avoid doing proper customer support. Absolutely unacceptable

Ho acquistato il gioco Rust in Alpha il 19 dic 2013 Ci ho giocato molto in questi anni ma ultimamente, da oltre un anno, non ci giocavo e non l'avevo neanche installato sul computer. Tempo fa ho ricevuto una mail in cui mi dicevano che ero stato bannato in modo permanente. Come è possibile tutto questo? Non ho ricevuto avvisi di password violate o accessi estranei al computer, che oltretutto utilizzo in modo esclusivo e non avevo neanche il gioco installato. Non sono mai stato bannato in vita mia, e questo mi fa molta rabbia. Non c'è modo di parlare con nessuno... questo è un comportamento scorretto da chi ha creduto in voi da quando eravate in fase Alpha. Mi dispiace ma non siete un'azienda seria che da valore a chi a creduto in voi fin dall'inizio.
