Great service and great product!
My package was given by the mailman to the wrong family on the same street of another village and marked as successfully delivered. I have received a lot of support and assistance from Gui of FaceMotionCapture to be able to track what company was responsible for losing my package, which lead to me being able to track them down. The family that wrongfully received my package, was so kind, and went to the post office bringing it back and then I was able to pick up my package from there. Really appreciate the great support so much. The product is very stable and fully functioning! It was very easy connect all the parts together. I am very happy with my order and how my difficult case was handled. Very great service and product!

Highly recommended
I am thoroughly impressed with both the quality of the item and the level of customer support. The product works exactly as described and feels very durable. When I had a question about shipping delays (not caused by Facemotioncapture), customer service was responsive and incredibly helpful. Highly recommended! What's left to say here would be: get one and go on creating your face motion captures!:)

Great value, great support!
In a world where a headset from other companies could cost you 3 to 9 times more, this is a GREAT product for it's value. Does everything an indie developer needs! Great support as well! I've made a purchase of the headset, and unfortunately it came to me with a 3D printing malfunction on one of the parts. I've contacted support and immediately got a response solving my issue and getting a replacement part delivered free of charge.
