Very bad place to sell your item When you sell something and you know it been delivered to the buyer Facebook they don’t give you your money for a long time,very bad customer service,to talk to someone it vey different,they use AI and it very difficult to communicate with theme I hate facebook market place,I do not recommend it to anyone Use eBay please it a very good platform to sell your item

Before putting my hunting knife …
Before putting my hunting knife on marketplace I did a search to see if others were allowed to, found dozens and dozens of advertisements for them so I put mine, they blocked me and banned me for selling weapons? Went to Kijiji instead they had no problem.

Horrible company to work with
I’ve sold on here before and yes after reading some of these reviews, I agree there’s a lot of scammers and there’s a lot of people that say they want to buy something from you and then you tell them it’s available and then they try to lower the price severely and or they say they want to meet up with you, but then when you respond to them, they don’t get back to you I just sold an item. I actually sold two items in the last two weeks one of the items I got paid for right away. The other item, the customer claimed it was paid paid for not by them. I guess something like that or it was paid by them, but they didn’t buy it. That’s what I mean. So I had to fight the Claim and I really didn’t have a fight cause I can’t say if it was him that paid for it or not. So I’ve been waiting for my money and my item not only have I not received my item I have not received my payment which it clearly states that the customer was reimbursed from marketplace and then it would take 90 days for me to receive my money., So why is it that I have to wait 90 days to get my money that’s owed to me and I don’t have my item back. In fact it says nothing about my item being returned yet the person that made this Claim got their money charged back already from their bank or from marketplace and marketplace that they’re the ones that are paying for it which I know that’s a lie so where is my money and where is my item so that means the person that’s claiming this not only could be lying, they could be keeping the item and then they get their money back, but I have to wait 90 days and hopefully they’ll be no fees taken out because technically it didn’t sell. They got paid back their money so where is my money and where is my item who knows I messaged them on the 10th Facebook marketplace said they would get back to me in 48 hours. It is now been five days horrible Company. You cannot call them. Nothing horrible.
