WARNING: CBRE’s Workplace Experience Coordinator Role Is Toxic, Retaliatory, and Actively Harmful — Protect Yourself and Stay Away If you’re thinking about applying for the position at the EY office at Republic Plaza on the 48th floor for the CBRE Workplace Experience Coordinator role, DON’T. This workplace presents significant and persistent challenges that anyone considering a role should be aware of. The environment is highly unstable, and employees are routinely placed in situations where expectations are unclear, support is absent, and accountability is inconsistent. New hires are given substantial responsibilities without proper training or guidance, and when inevitable questions or mistakes arise, they are met with criticism rather than assistance. The culture is defined by excessive oversight, inconsistent standards, and a pattern of assigning blame without evidence or fair evaluation. Routine tasks are scrutinized to an unreasonable degree, and employees often feel as though they are being monitored for the purpose of finding fault rather than supporting growth. It is common for individuals to feel tense or unwelcome, as even minor or ambiguous actions can be misinterpreted and escalated. Concerns raised to management or HR are not handled constructively. Employees who seek help or clarification frequently experience dismissal, deflection, or retaliation instead of resolution. Reports are not investigated thoroughly, and decisions are often made without verifying facts or considering context. This creates an environment where speaking up feels unsafe and where issues remain unresolved. Policies are applied inconsistently, and employees may be disciplined for matters outside their control or for circumstances that should reasonably fall under accommodation or professional discretion. Attempts to collaborate, clarify responsibilities, or prevent future issues are sometimes met with reprimand rather than support. The emotional toll of working in this environment is significant. Many employees experience heightened stress, anxiety, and a sense of isolation due to the lack of reliable support systems. And every single employee has either quit or been fired due to this unhealthy, toxic work environment. When individuals express that they are struggling or request assistance, their concerns are ignored entirely. Overall, this is a workplace where the culture, leadership approach, and internal processes create conditions that can be deeply harmful to employee well-being. Anyone considering a role here should proceed with caution and be fully aware of the challenges they may encounter.

EY is VERY UNRESPONSIVE to emails, took them ages to reply to my queries. Paid EY for the service but didn't feel like being treated as a customer - there are other visa agencies that did well better and FASTER then EY. Would give zero stars if I could!

EY don't operate with their own reception teams. They use Mitie to fulfill their reception and facilities requirements. That's why their reception is so poor.

Please consider this a formal grievance against Ernst & Young for violating my Civil Rights as an older American, with disabilities, for failing to provide a basic and fundamental service as mandated by F.S. 215.44, for imposing an obstruction between a retired state worker and the money he earned, for delaying or causing a delay in the placement of facilitating a rollover for a net loss of $2164.84 in violation of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), for blatantly and deliberately misrepresenting the chronology of events, for providing fraudulent records that contradict other communications and information that was provided directly to me and for failing to properly identify themselves as being employed by third parties, for not identifying their affiliation or differentiating themselves from state workers, thus providing myself and other active and retired employees with a false sense of security and or objectivity, for depriving a retired state worker of his right to access his funds and initiate the aforementioned rollover on March 11, 2026, (THIS DID NOT OCCUR UNTIL MARCH 16, 2026 PER CORRESPONDANCE), during a precipitous drop in value as widely publicized and known to all those in the financial management industry, for concocting a false narrative to cover up a clear dereliction of duty, thus establishing the intent to commit a crime and a very clear and visible attempt to conceal facts.

I wish I could give zero stars for the People Advisory Tax services - they are nothing more than form fillers who are slow and sometimes unresponsive - there is no advice and no support that you would expect from a tax advisory service - I know the corporate advisory to be better but for personal cross border taxation it’s almost not worth it and the fees are high - find someone else

Auch nicht für Geld. Unclaimed ist fair. Claimed gibt das Mikrofon — nicht den Radiergummi.
