STRANGEST ENCOUNTER EVER!
I placed an online order on Tuesday with Express Gift Service in Pakistan for overseas delivery on Friday. I also called them via WhatsApp to confirm the details and payment. When it didn't arrive as promised, I contacted them on Friday via WhatsApp. They had never bothered to call me to say they had a problem. It turns out that the problem was they said I was "suspicious". They actually accused me, a fully paid customer, of being SUSPICIOUS! Then, they grilled me with a lot of questions, like "What is your relationship with the recipient of the gift??" and other similar unnecessary questions. At the end of the conversation, they insisted that I make an additional international phone call to them without using WhatsApp (costing me $3/minute). At that point, after wasting a lot of time, they said they were sorry, but it was too late to deliver on Friday, as promised. So, now, I had to wait until Sunday, due to their delays. The gift finally arrived on Sunday, but before handing it to the recipient, they began grilling her with questions, like "What is your relationship with the sender?" and other ridiculous questions. Although the gift was done according to the order, I will NEVER use this service again. It's one of the WORST experiences I have ever encountered!

Stale disgusting food delivered from KFC
Stale, old, hard KFC delivered to my moms door- Mum said the chicken smell- Do you know how old the food has to be for the chicken at KFC to smell?-Very old . It has nothing to do with the delivery time- they could roam around Lahore for 2 hours- food could get cold yes, but the smell per my sister filled up the kitchen!And all the food was cold - all into the garbage. Shame on this company!

ExpressGiftservice.com is very good company for sending gifts to pakistan because i have made order with that, i made mistake in shipping details, corrected it as per my request. This is flexible service to send gifts, i am using it since 2009. They have provided the range of products on websites expressgiftservice.com. They have deliver my order on time. I specially Recommend this service to all overseas pakistani. Customer support staff is cooperative, they have helped me every time. some time i have placed order over the phone and some time placed orders on website. Every time customer support team is ready to help. its not fake Review, i have Experienced it.

Very poor service indeed
Very poor service indeed. A kind friend send us one of their fruit baskets for a special family occasion. The gift that I received is not as described and the company do not respond to emails or their online message service. The 'keepsake basket' was a nasty black box, which left a horrid, sticky black residue on everything it touched. There was no reply to the phone line when I rang to complain too. I did not want to let the sender know about this, but the company leaves me no choice. I would not recommend this company at all.
