Customer support was absolutely outstanding.
I can't recommend Explicit Poets enough. Their customer support was absolutely outstanding. I originally received three pairs of glasses, but they turned out to be slightly too small for me. Instead of making the process difficult, the team went above and beyond by offering to send me another pair completely free of charge—even though the replacement model was more expensive—just to make sure I was happy with my purchase. The quality of the glasses is excellent, and the attention to detail is impressive. They come with an elegant leather case, a protective pouch, and a high-quality cleaning cloth, making the whole package feel premium. It's rare to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers the way Explicit Poets does. Amazing products, exceptional service, and a customer-first attitude. Highly recommended!

⚠️ BEWARE!!! WARNING TO INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ⚠️ I purchased a pair of sunglasses from Explicit Poets and was later surprised with an additional import/customs charge of approximately NOK 400 after the product arrived in Norway. At no point during the purchasing process was I clearly informed that extra charges could apply. Had I known about these additional costs, I would have reconsidered my purchase. What makes the experience even more disappointing is that I contacted the company to complain and seek clarification, but I have not received any meaningful response or resolution. Good customer service does not end when the product is delivered. The sunglasses themselves may be fine, but customers should be aware that the final cost can be significantly higher than the price shown at checkout. If you are ordering from outside the company's home country, make sure you investigate potential import fees before purchasing. My main concern is not only the unexpected NOK 400 charge, but also the lack of transparency and poor handling of customer complaints. Buy with caution.

I bought a pair of Kyra sunglasses. They look and feel extremely cheap. Also when I tried to return them the price for shipping them back was close to the amount of the glasses themselves. All and all a terrible experience
