Overall, the ingredients are fresh and good quality, the recipes are quick and easy to follow. Ordering is simple, using the app. There are many meals to choose from each week, and you can make edits, such as swapping the protein, or adding more. I believe you get value for your money.

Easy to follow recipes, quality ingredients. I enjoy choosing my meals then not stressing about having everything I need to cook it. Delivery is always prompt and courteous.

I was given a free box from a friend
I was given a free box from a friend. As I wanted to regularly use this for 3 meals a week. Because I was previously registered i couldn't use the code and get a free box. Then they sent a code ti get 59% off. Code wouldn't work. Then decided to just order anyway and my seniors discount didn't work. So frustrating. Looking at using a different company

Salads are very basic.
Salads are very basic. Delivery driver often drops my box to my neighbour or at my front gate. Drivers sometimes have loud music or spin wheels leaving my neighbours driveway. Carrots are almost always bendy/rubbery

Everything is packed so horribly
Everything is packed so horribly. All the soft veges are packed underneath the ice bricks and meat. The salad bags are put on top of the ice and are always transparent. I have complained at least twice and the process of using the ai bot is infuriating. It helps with nothing then transfers you to a human who doesn’t scroll and read so you have to start again. I have only kept ordering through EveryPlate because of the credits I received for the wrecked items. I’m at the point now where I go through the recipe ingredients to see what I’d use and make my own meals and order for that… which defeats the whole purpose. The thing that gets me the most is that the partner company HelloFresh can pack things so correctly all in seperate bags for each meal. Why does every plate throw it all in like they’re playing hoops….. I have also not been contacted about this review even though they said they have
