Finally sorted out the problem
Well I have previously put a review on here and I could only give it one star. As it just wouldn’t let me shop at M&S which is on the list and why I was given it as a present. I emailed and got the German part of the company first but then found and uk email further down in the reviews so I also contacted this one too. Eventually Veronika Davis sorted the problem out. I am very grateful to her for that. Both emails responded quickly. I have to say it was a faff using though as you can only download £50 at a time. Just wanted to say thank you to them for sorting it all out in the end.

Emailed regarding PIN code not being identifiable. I mistakingly tried peeling rather than scratching. Taylor responded within 15 minutes with a new code and clear instructions on how to ‘scratch’ for future use. Super fast service.

So I bought a 150 gift card and…
So I bought a 150 gift card and redeemed it at Boots and till now they havent sent me the codes. Their customer service that only replies one time everyday told me that they will replace the voucher and till now I haven't receive the replacement that they are taking about. I bought it on August 23 btw and their customer service is the slowest. So if you're reading this Everywish just replace the voucher code right now coz I'm waiting since August 23!. They said this Dear Customer, Thank you for your message. Please contact the person who gave you the voucher. Unfortunately, we are not permitted to provide you with any information regarding the order. What do you mean contact the person who give me the gift card? I'm the one who bought it at your website lol. This website is an absolute scam. Just give me the £150 code right now!!

Absolute scam.
Awful. Received £40 card as a gift which has been redeemed but the select only allows me to apply £30 or £50 for discounts, forcing me to lose £10 or purchase more in order to meet the hardcoded select amount options.
