Is it possible to provide a "negative star" review? I paid $499 for a head unit in December 2023 and never received it because it was "out of stock". My bank is pursuing a refund and QLD Fair Trading has ordered that numbers of customers, just like me, are refunded. To date, nothing. I hope QLD Fair Trading prosecute because I'd pay my own fair to Brisbane just to submit evidence in Court.

Pure Scammers - Do a Company or ABN search for all the details on the company
What everyone else is saying pure scammers! Ordered a head unit, wouldn't deliver promised a refund. I contacted my bank and my bank did a chargeback to my account which was good, then Euro Style Tuning had the nerve to take it back out of my bank, still without me receiving the product. They had agreed to cancel my order back in March 2024 and refund me the money. I'm still fighting to get it back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, and if you have been ripped off contact Office Fair Trade and make a formal complaint and seek legal advice. Company Name: EST AU Pty Ltd (Euro Style Tuning) A simple Company search through ASIC or ABN search will give registered address details and owners of the company if you want to seek legal advice.

Never received my products. Emailed many times for updates, kept getting told it was "being shipped next week", now they will not respond or process a refund.

Avoid this company
Avoid these clowns and just get a unit from Amazon. Ordered in November 23, received a month later. Paid almost $700 for a unit to suit my F30 and it has been garbage since day one. Connectivity issues with Apple and Android, takes either 20 seconds or 5 minutes to turn, screen freezes and stays frozen while driving which is great when visiting Sydney, black screen of death with a loud CD skipping type noise, audio cuts out in reverse and the settings cannot turn it On even when selecting . Customer Support are useless promising me a software update for the last 4 months and now they have stopped responding to my emails since I asked for my money back. Found out after I ordered they are a Dropshipping company so just avoid these RIP OFF useless SCAMMERS
