Purchasing from Europuppy was an amazing experience
Purchasing from Europuppy was an extremely pleasant and positive experience, from initial enquiries through to customer service and animal welfare at delivery. I have a wonderful,healthy and happy German Shepherd puppy who, like the previous 2 GSD our family has sourced from europuppy, is going to live like royalty.

As a first time dog owner this…
As a first time dog owner this experience of getting a dog with help of Euro Puppy has been very positive. Especially appreciate the constant communication, answering all my questions, giving constant updates about the puppy and organizing so well the transportation and delivery of the puppy. Couldn’t be happier and highly grateful to Euro Puppy for everything! And definitely can recommend this service to others.

This is the 2nd time I got my dog from…
This is the 2nd time I got my dog from Euro Puppy. First time was a border collie before Covid, the recent addition is an Australian shepherd. The whole experience was hassle free and pleasant. Euro Puppy is very reliable. As with my previous experience, I have my puppy trained by Euro Puppy for a month before he is shipped to me. Best thing is that I got my puppy from the Hong Kong airport today and my dog arrived safely, and most important of all, he is cute, healthy and active, and can get along with my existing pets very well. Bravo to especially Ahmed Mohsen from Europuppy. Mohsen is very responsive, informative, professional and pleasant!:)

I cannot recommend Euro Puppy.
I can not recommend Euro puppy I am genuinely reluctant to leave a negative review. I usually only leave reviews when I have had a positive experience and feel one is deserved. However, after making every effort to resolve this situation directly with Euro Puppy over several months, I have been unable to reach any meaningful resolution. I therefore feel it is important to share my experience so that others can make an informed decision. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Euro Puppy. I chose Euro Puppy because I needed a very specific type of dog. Before purchasing, I clearly explained my medical needs and that I required a calm, stable, non-reactive companion. I paid a significant amount of money believing they could provide a dog that met those very specific requirements. I want to be clear that there is absolutely nothing wrong with dogs who are reactive or who need extra care. They are just as lovable and deserving of a good home as any other dog. However, I knew my own circumstances and what I was capable of managing. If I had been looking for a dog requiring extensive behavioural rehabilitation, I would have chosen to rescue a dog and gone into that commitment knowingly. Sadly, that is not the dog I received. In fact, he has been the complete opposite and nothing like any Cavalier King Charles Spaniel I have owned before. From the day Astor arrived in the Netherlands, he showed severe separation anxiety, extreme fear around other dogs, and he was also very unwell with Giardia. After a month of treatment and recovery from Giardia, I arranged for him to be assessed by an independent behavioural specialist because I was so concerned about his behaviour. Following her assessment, she told me she had rarely seen a dog with such severe separation anxiety and fear. In her opinion, he would require years of rehabilitation before he could be anywhere close to a typical Cavalier, let alone be ready for basic training. Her assessment also raised questions for me about the history I had been given. My own health deteriorated significantly because of the stress of trying to cope with his needs. Instead of receiving the support dog I had carefully asked for, I found myself trying to rehabilitate a deeply traumatised dog while my own health suffered. Astor has now been rehomed, for the time being, with a behavioural specialist so that he can receive the intensive care and rehabilitation he needs. I love him dearly, and none of this is his fault. This has been heartbreaking and incredibly stressful for everyone involved. I acknowledge that Astor had clearly been taught some of the skills we had discussed before purchase. However, the severity of his behavioural issues meant those skills were largely irrelevant compared with the level of rehabilitation he actually needed. What has been most upsetting is Euro Puppy's response. Every time I raised my concerns, they focused on what Astor was supposedly like before he left Hungary instead of acknowledging the dog I actually received. I felt that my experience, my health, and the professional assessments here in the Netherlands were dismissed. In the end, I feel like I paid a premium price for what has become, in practice, a dog requiring the level of rehabilitation I would normally associate with a rescue case. I would never have knowingly taken on that responsibility, especially after being so clear about my own health needs. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Euro Puppy.
