Una banda di ladri. STATE ALLA LARGA . Europcar aeroporto di olbia. Aereo in ritardo di 30 minuti. Non potevo avvisare in quanto in volo. Arrivo al desk alle 2340 non c'era nessuno, tutte le altre compagnie di noleggio aperte e piene di clienti che hanno avuto la decenza di aspettare oltre l'orario del loro lurido contratto. Loro no, alle 2300 se ne vanno. Il giorno dopo torno tranquillo al desk x ritirare l'auto e mi dicono che non ho diritto né all'auto né al rimborso, però se voglio con 100 euro in più al giorno hanno un'auto col cambio automatico. Mandati a c.....e. Peraltro sulla prenotazione c'era anche il numero di volo, quindi potevano controllare benissimo come l'aereo fosse in ritardo, non di 68 ore ma di 40 minuti. 300 euro rubati e x causa loro ne ho dovuti spendere altri 900 x altro noleggio dell'ultimominuto. VERGOGNOSI

Avoid! Robbers! Stay away!
The rental staff was very pleasant. But the final of the rental was a nightmare. For the small burned hole in the passenger seat they charged €818.61!!! They didn't inform about the fine before taking money from my credit card. I requested the list of costs for interior damages. No replies. The agent not communicating by email.

To be avoided. Took out full insurance then have to pay an extra 150 deposit which remarkably takes up to 1 month to return to my account, ridiculous policy and terrible customer service, will never use again.

Vienos oro uosto nuoma mane labai…
Vienos oro uosto nuoma mane labai maloniai nustebino. Dažnai nuomojo automobilį, bet tokio puikaus aptarnavimo kaip čia neteko sutikti:) gavau automobilį, jį užvedus degė lemputė dėl stabdžių, pasakiau darbuotojui, jis pakeitė į geresnės klasės naują automobilį, atsiprašė. Rezervuotos 850 eurų grąžino kitą dieną po automobilio grąžinimo!!!! Nebuvo jokių kabinejimuisi, jokių problemų, jokio prievartinio papildomo draudimo! Esu labai maloniai šokiruota! Ačiū už geras emocijas.

Rented a car in Vilnius
Rented a car in Vilnius. Got better car when i purchased. Also for small fee returned to Kaunas airport. Car was clean and almost brand new. Reception guy was friendly. Everything went smooth.
