I order Some pants here and wanted to…
I order Some pants here and wanted to change them for a Bigger size. I did that as said on their website en send the pants back. Then there was trouble with the delivery Guy and I didnt get the package. My track and trace said that it was sent back to youngla and later it said that it was delivered back to The warehouse in Germany. After weeks of emailing I am nog getting pants or money back. Young la says it is delivered and that they only give store credit (which is an expection made by manager, after 3 weeks of angry e-mails from me, to get so thats a good thing sort of), but the pants are sold out and it is impossible to get my money back. Dont order here if you are not 100% sure it is the good size. Their service is the most shit i have ever had

Awful experience with customer service
Awful experience with customer service. I have received rather immature responses from the customer service team regarding orders. Out all of the previous years of online shopping, youngLa has provided the worst service and they have unfortunately employed very unprofessional, unhelpful and rude staff in their customer service team. I don’t even write reviews but something so awful deserves exposing. If the clothing actually arrives then it’s decent, but if you have to deal with a return or non-delivery then this company is bottom of the barrel

Worth the wait
Yes the items can take a while to arrive to the uk but they’re my new favourite clothing for any exercise or chilling out. They’re great material and great sizes. I hadn’t read reviews before ordering which is probably a good thing as I would have been hesitant.

Terrible company
Extremely disappointed with my experience. My order from over two weeks ago has now been marked as lost in transit, but after contacting DHL, they told me YoungLA hadn't even shipped the package yet. That makes the whole situation even more frustrating. YoungLA customer support is incredibly slow to respond, and instead of actually trying to find a solution, they just keep repeating the same responses. They refuse to issue a refund to my original payment method and will only offer store credit. The problem is that the items I originally ordered are now out of stock, so I'm basically forced to spend my money on other YoungLA products that I never intended to buy. To make matters worse, I even paid extra for secure shipping, yet that didn't seem to make any difference when my order went missing. Overall, the customer service has been terrible, the communication has been poor, and there has been no genuine effort to resolve the issue fairly.
