wrong information - Unrespected term and conditions The website is selling electronics and mobile phones for many years I dealt with them in 2016 which was a wonderful experience They were informed Good price good service good follow up. in March 2025 started to communicate with them in order to renew my mobile phones by buying new ones which is having certain features It is dual SIM dual active features In the website they are having multiple units with the same. I communicated with the customer service through emails and Whatsapp channel until reached A brand and a model is having the feature based on their declaration agreed for 2 pieces, paid cost and the shipping cost and was delayed to send it until it was almost 10 days after the payment. I bought 2 units and when arrived I discovered that the feature is not existing, I did communicate with the platform asking them to return Showing on Live video The absence of the features When he claimed they have been cheat by their supplier I requested them to make a complete refund although I pay it already customs duty taxes and shipping cost which is not refundable according to teir published terms and conditions. They spaced as a case Wasting time Mentioning the well resell them very soon and I can ship directly from my place avoiding extra costs Took almost three months Nothing happened except everyday communication leading to waste as a time in the end They refused to return and was a big story until I was able to get a refund from them less than 7% from my payment......... I will never use this company again.

Fuyez Etotalk meme si c'est via Rue du commerce. Ils ne respectent pas du tout les garanties légales qui ont cours en France. J'ai eu le cas sur un téléphone Huawei qui suite à une panne a été renvoyé en chine (3 mois et toujours pas revenu) et pour lequel on me demande une participation pour la réparation sous prétexte que la panne est due à une mauvaise utilisation ce qui est complètement faux. Soyez donc prets à ne pas avoir de garantie et à rester de longs mois sans téléphone en cas d'achat sur rue du commerce ou Etotalk

TRES MAUSAISE EXPERIENCE
Ils prennent les clients pour des imbéciles. Ne respect aucun délais. Ne répond pas aux attentes des clientes. Je suis très énerver car depuis le mois de Novembre 2020 j'attends un nouveau téléphone... COMMANDER SURTOUT PAS CHEZ EUX!!!!! C'est des escrocs! GRRRR

Des enfoi rés. J'ai reçut un téléphone avec des problèmes de batterie. Je l'ai envoyé en réparation et l'ai reçut 3 mois plus tard. De l’extérieure il paraissait parfait mais quand je l'ai allumé, rien n'avait changé, la batterie qui se vide en 15 minutes et toujours le chargement lent. Je leur ai fait part de tout ça, ils me disent de le renvoyer à l'usine mais cela signifie que je vais encore devoir rester sans portable pendant 3 mois supplémentaires. Je déconseille de passer par ce revendeur et même si il faut payer un peu plus, mieux vaux passer par des sites sures, qui aux moindre problème d'attendent pas pour rembourser le client.

C'est vendeur n'est pas correct
Ce vendeur n'est pas correct, à la limite de l'escroquerie. Ils vendent des produits avec une garantie d'1 an, après 4 mois d'utilisation la batterie à gonflée et endommagée la carte mère. Après 8 mois de SAV ils me disent pas réparable, on vous propose 5 euros de réduction sur un nouveau téléphone. Des escrocs, rien de plus
