Got scammed
I booked a hair transplant with Esvita Clinic after speaking with one of their medical consultants. Before paying the £200 deposit, I specifically asked the consultant multiple times, around four times, whether the deposit would be refundable if I later decided not to proceed. I was told that it was refundable, and I only paid the £200 deposit based on that assurance. Afterwards, I did further research, including reading reviews on Google and, and considering several other factors. Based on what I found, I decided that I was no longer comfortable proceeding with the clinic and requested my £200 deposit back. I was then told that the deposit was non-refundable according to the clinic’s policy. I explained that their consultant had explicitly told me before payment that the deposit could be refunded if I chose not to proceed. Despite this, the clinic refused to return my deposit. I raised the matter with my UK bank, Lloyds, explained what had happened and provided the relevant information. Lloyds subsequently refunded the £200 to me through their dispute process and put this company ‘flagged’ My advice to anyone considering this clinic is to be extremely careful before paying a deposit. Make sure you get all promises and refund terms clearly confirmed in writing and read the terms yourself before making any payment. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend Esvita Clinic.

Esvita Clinic ⭐ 1/5 – Extremely disappointing experience – Poor transparency and failure to honour commitments My experience with Esvita Clinic has been extremely disappointing, particularly regarding their communication, transparency, and handling of my payment. I paid a **$200 deposit for a hair restoration procedure in Turkey**. I was subsequently told and assured that this amount would be refunded/credited back to me. Despite repeated follow-ups, the money has still not been returned. What concerns me most is not simply the $200 itself, but the way the situation has been handled. There was no clear written agreement explaining why the deposit would be retained or under what contractual terms. I received several assurances that the money would be returned, but those commitments have not been honoured. For an international medical tourism company, I believe **transparency, written agreements, clear financial terms, and professional communication** should be fundamental. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. I have spent considerable time following up on a relatively small amount of money that I was explicitly told would be returned. I am posting this review to share my personal experience and to encourage anyone considering treatment with Esvita to **get every promise, refund condition, payment term, cancellation policy, and commitment in writing before paying any deposit**. I got 20 Swiss zicronium crowns back in march, everything was perfect with my treatment and aftercare, since then I come back in August with my friend Michael and he had the same treatment as me, and also got the same 10/10 results, we both love our new set of teeth and would recommend Esvita to anybody that is looking for cosmetic treatment in Turkey, EDWARD AND NELLY both looked after us perfectly and I couldn’t fault them.

Experience overall was fantastic start…
Experience overall was fantastic start to finish. As someone who is terrified of the dentist, the treatments were pain free. Communication has been fantastic and the staff are really friendly. The clinic is also beautiful and very clean. Would highly recommend and I look forward to coming again in the future to get more of my teeth done

I had 20 crowns fitted this year
I had 20 crowns fitted this year. I said to the person I spoke to before going out to turkey would I need a root canal and they said no. The dentist also said no. After spending over £3000 I now have to spend £1400 in England to put it right. I have been left with a painful abscess where I should have had a root canal. Never use this company!!
