Mancanza di professionalità e il mancato rimborso dal 19.02.26 di T 13'300
Il 30.12.2025 ho acquistato un pacchetto di 3 trattamenti per un totale di TL 20.000 ed ho eseguito il primo trattamento. Successivamente il "medico estetico" mi ha fissato un altro appuntamento per l’11.02.2026. La sera prima, il 10.02.2026 alle ore 18:00, mi hanno scritto dicendo che il "medico estetico" aveva avuto un cambiamento di programma e mi chiedevano se fosse possibile anticipare l’orario dell’appuntamento. Per me non era fattibile, quindi abbiamo posticipato l’appuntamento a lunedì successivo, il 16.02.2026. Ho chiarito subito tramite messaggio che, se ci fossero stati problemi anche quel giorno, avrei richiesto immediatamente il rimborso dei soldi. Mi sono presentata comunque lunedì 16.02.2026, ma mi è stato detto che il medico estetico era in riunione e che sarebbe durato ancora un po’, chiedendomi se volessi posticipare l’appuntamento al giorno successivo. Ho risposto che non avevo tempo per un altro giorno. Poco dopo è arrivato il medico estetico e ha iniziato a spiegarmi che lui non eseguiva i trattamenti come mi era stato precedentemente concordato con il medico precedente e che avrei dovuto aggiungere altre sequenze di un trattamento diverso. Inoltre mi ha fornito informazioni completamente diverse rispetto a quelle ricevute in precedenza. Alla fine ha concluso dicendo che avevo un edema al viso e che quindi non avrebbe eseguito il trattamento. A quel punto ho chiesto alla segretaria la restituzione dei soldi e lei mi ha fissato un altro appuntamento per il 19.02.2026. Tuttavia, lo stesso giorno (19.02.2026) mi hanno scritto dicendo che continuavano ad avere problemi con l’apparecchiatura e che quindi avrebbero dovuto posticipare nuovamente l’appuntamento alla settimana successiva. Mi sono comunque presentata lo stesso giorno presso la clinica per chiedere la restituzione dei soldi e mi hanno fatto diverse domande sul medico precedente e sul trattamento concordato. In sostanza, ho capito che avevano avuto problemi con il "medico estetico" precedente, che era l’unico in grado di eseguire il trattamento concordato. Non avevano alcuna informazione completa su di me e il nuovo "medico estetico" non era in grado di effettuare il trattamento. Mi hanno quindi fatto compilare un modulo per il rimborso, nel quale ho spiegato tutta la situazione. Mi è stato detto che entro alcuni giorni, circa 5 giorni, avrebbero effettuato il rimborso sul conto, lo stesso conto dal quale era stato effettuato il pagamento iniziale. Ma tutt'oggi nonostante email e ripetute chiamate, non ho ricevuto il rimborso.

I had a hair transplant at Estoria last September. The welcome from the airport, hotel, and clinic was impeccable. The operation has gone very well so far. The procedure took about 8 hours and was very professional, painless, and without any complications. There were no infections or complications, and everything healed perfectly. I've been using the post-operative kit as the doctor advised and am patiently awaiting the final result. I think everything is going very well, and I'm very happy I chose this clinic. If you have any questions, I'd be happy to answer them based on my experience. Tuve un transplante capilar en Estoria en Septiembre pasado, el recibimiento desde el aeropuerto, hotel y clinica son impecables. La operacion hasta hoy ha ido muy bien. El proceso tardo unas 8 horas y fue muy profesional, sin dolor y sin ningun tipo de complicacion. No hubo infecciones tampoco complicaciones, todo sicatrizo perfecto. He usado el kit post operacion como lo aconsejo el medico y con paciencia espero el resultado final. Creo que todo va muy bien y estoy muy contento de haber elegido esta clinica. Si desean preguntar algo con gusto respondere sus dudas en base a mi experiencia.

I recently underwent a 4500 graft hair transplant at Estoria International Clinic for Norwood 3/4 hair loss, focusing on frontal and some crown work. The entire experience was outstanding. From the very first contact, my translator, Gizem, made everything effortless. She was always available, explained every step with patience, and ensured seamless communication throughout the entire journey. Her support was invaluable. The medical team, led by Dr. Yavuz Selim Toygar for my procedure, was exceptional. The procedure itself was smooth, and I felt completely confident in the team's expertise and care. Every member of the staff, from the nurses to the coordination team and drivers, was professional, kind, and contributed to a perfectly organized process. Every detail was considered, making a complex procedure feel straightforward and stress free. My sister also had dental and facial aesthetics work done here and reported a great experience. Greffe de 5000 greffons réussie.
Greffe de 5000 greffons effectués en février. Le résultat un peu plus de 6 mois plus tard est vraiment satisfaisant. J’ai été suivi par Lila qui est extrêmement disponible avant, pendant et après la greffe. Elle est à l’écoute et très gentille. C’est vraiment grâce à elle que j’ai effectué cette greffe à la clinique Estoria. Elle a su me rassurer. Le chauffeur qui vient s’occupe de vous dès l’arrivée à l’aéroport et pour tout le séjour est très bien également. La clinique est assez impressionnante, c’est un grand bâtiment vitré. Le chirurgien est présent avant l’opération et à la fin pour donner les directives, mais ce n’est pas lui qui opère. Pour le moment je suis vraiment satisfait du résultat et je recommande la clinique Estoria et surtout Lila.
