eStore Factory helped me optimize my Amazon listing, A+ Content, and product images. Their team was friendly, responsive, and accommodating throughout the process. Although, the project took a little longer than expected, the quality of the final work was excellent. I would definitely use their services again for future projects and highly recommend them.

Dealing with Henil and the team at eStore Factory has been a smooth and positive experience. Whilst we do not utilise their full range of service offerings, the support, communication and prompt responses and follow up's to our queries and cases have been of exceptional quality. Would highly recommend!

DO NOT USE THEM!
I was a happy customer of Estore Factory when we began working with them two years ago. In December of 2025 I gave notice to them and they still had "management" of our account through Feb of 2026. During that time our account was "internally" compromised by an agent of their company. My account was charged 15k which I am now being harassed by Google Ads for this, and my account will inevitably be suspended soon. Kevin at Estore Factory and their company has taken NO responsibility whatsoever for this and has denied any wrongdoing. The Forensic files from Google Ads say different. We trusted them with our account, and they not only broke our trust but have done nothing to help the situation at hand and we are the ones left floating the bill for this massive financial situation. I have also tried reaching owner "Jimi Patel" as well via email but have heard nothing from him. We are a VERY small family business, and this kind of money loss will truly hurt our brand. We trusted you Estore Factory. We found them via Amazon SPS btw. Never again!
