Wonderful experience and result
I felt really nervous going to Turkey, staying in a country the language of which I didn't know, spending so much money for what basically was a vanity project, going through I knew what was going to be a lot of discomfort and all at the age of 70! I needn't have worried. Rachel and the team at Estecapelli were extremely helpful and professional. Rachel's English was excellent. Some downsides - very few spoke any English at all. But since people from so many different countries go there, you can't expect the staff there to be proficient in all. I was asked immediately for payment, which worried me slightly. And I was asked to leave a review before I was hardly out the door and in the limo to the airport. It's really too early to leave a review then. But the result is amazing. For 55 years I've had, if not a complex, then real regrets at not being able to grow a beard. After approximately 10 months, I can look in the mirror and be proud. I have a full beard, while the donor area at the back looks as if nothing was done to it. The whole process could not have gone better. Thank you so, so much Rachel. Great Experience from Start to Finish
I had my hair transplant with them about a year ago, and from start to finish I was really pleased with the whole experience. Price-wise, they were somewhere in the middle — not the cheapest option I found in Turkey, but not the most expensive either — and I was very happy with what I paid considering the level of service I received. The accommodation was great, the procedure itself went really well, and they made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. What really stood out to me was the follow-up care, which continued all the way up to the one-year mark and was absolutely amazing. I’m super happy with my results and would absolutely recommend them! 🙌

I am very happy with my experience with this clinic. I came from Poland for a hair transplant and everything was very well organised from the beginning. The communication was good and the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The whole procedure went smoothly and I felt comfortable and safe throughout the treatment. The clinic was clean and the team explained everything clearly, including the aftercare. I am very satisfied with the service and so far I am also happy with how the healing process is going. I know the final result takes time, but I am already looking forward to seeing the full effect. Thank you to the whole team for taking good care of me. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone from Poland who is considering a hair transplant in Turkey.

I chose this clinic because of its excellent reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was completely different. It has been around 10 months since my hair transplant, and I am extremely disappointed with the result. The density is very poor, and I am not satisfied at all. I contacted the clinic several times to discuss my concerns, but I never received a proper response or a satisfactory solution. In my opinion, one reason the clinic's ratings may be so high is what I experienced on the day of my procedure. Before the surgery, everyone was very polite and reassuring, repeatedly telling me not to worry and promising great results. However, immediately after the procedure, while I was still at the clinic, a staff member stood next to me and asked me to leave a review. At that point, I had no way of knowing what the final result would look like. I believe this may encourage some patients to leave positive reviews based on the service they received that day rather than the long-term outcome. My advice is not to judge this clinic by its ratings alone. Instead, look for reviews from patients who are at least 10–12 months post-transplant, when the final result can actually be evaluated. If your outcome turns out like mine, you could end up wasting your hard-earned money while permanently using donor grafts that cannot be replaced. During a hair transplant, thousands of grafts are removed from the donor area. If the result is poor, those grafts cannot be put back, and because the donor area contains only a limited number of grafts, it may also reduce your options for a successful repair surgery elsewhere. I genuinely wish someone had warned me before I chose this clinic. I hope my experience helps others make a more informed decision before trusting the clinic's ratings alone.
