Just utterly terrible and ignores any feedback
Terrible website, needs proofreaders, UA testers and people who can actually write. I think it's fairly telling that they only allow readers to apply emojis to articles rather than having comments. Currently on my page there is an article about Michael Atherton retiring from cricket (which was 25 years ago, I think) and under the heading "Boxing News" is 2 MLB articles, 1 NHL article and a college lacrosse article. It's pathetic and an embarrassment to the Disney brand

Once you have subscribed, there is no way to stop them charging you
I left the UK two years ago and cancelled my subscription. Now they continue to try to charge my credit card for the subscription and though I have blocked it, they continue to try and charge it. I have tried to find a way to contact them, but it appears impossible. I asked my Bank to try to contact them and they also find it impossible. Clearly this is a type of scam that allows them to continue to try to charge me and I have no way to stop it. I’ve even tried to delete my account to no avail. All I want is for them to stop trying to charge me.
