I have ordered several dresses and they are exceptionally well made, fabulous fabrics that are high quality, pockets, bra strap holders and so many choices you have to make, so your dress is truly custom made

Loved this company
Loved this company! It’s sad that they went under! I have gorgeous dresses from them that are made beautifully! During covid it took longer to get dresses because of the pandemic and people panicked thinking it was a scam!!! It wasn’t a scam my dresses are gorgeous and I miss this company very much! They had classic styles that were made well and they weren’t terribly expensive

Delayed order, but beautiful quality once it arrived!
Company did have a multi-month delay they said was due to a fabric backorder, but once the item arrived, it was perfect! Very high quality and fit beautifully, it is one of my favorite fancy shirts now. Website is a pain to use but would definitely purchase from them again.

Stay away from eshakti
Company takes orders but does not fulfill them. Doesn't send refunds, or respond to inquiries about the order, absolute scam. Should be reported to the authorities there!

PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE My sister found her bridesmaids dresses from here, I spent £120 on the dress and was told it would arrive in 8 weeks time, but it actually arrived after 4 months (only 2 weeks before the wedding). Once the dress finally arrived, it did not fit correctly (despite paying extra for custom measurements), so I had to pay extra to have it tailored myself. Understandably, I emailed them asking for compensation, and they replied saying in order to receive any compensation I needed to return the dress, but I explained that because it was a bridesmaids dress, and it took so long to arrive, I had no choice but to keep it as I didn’t have time to order a new one. They didn’t get back to me so since then I have sent multiple emails following up, and still no response. It’s now been over a year and I’m still awaiting compensation. All in all, dreadful dress, dreadful customer service, dreadful company, wish I could give negative stars.
