Flimsy made Candle Arches
I have bought several candle arches from this company, I accidentally just knocked one over last night, it fell apart, I was gobsmacked at how flimsy it was made, considering the price they charge for these. It won't repair so I have had to bin it. These are rubbish for the price, I would not recommend this company.

I bought a three tiered Christmas…
I bought a three tiered Christmas Pyramid back in November. I started using the candles on December 1st. Two weeks later the product caught fire. I am not sure if the candles are defective or the product is defective. I immediately contacted the company. The customer service at this company is atrocious. I have never spoke with more rude people in my 40 years purchases. They immediately blamed me for the fire stating it was wind. I have literally lite candles for 20+ years. This is the first time I have had a fire started by candles. We don't have children and we were sitting in the family room watching movies. This was not our fault. They do not back their product, they are RUDE and I would be cautious buying anything from this company. This was not a $30 product but $300 that was ruined in less than 3 weeks. I was told by my Mom after this experience that Germans are rude. I completely agree. There is not a need to be nasty and what happened to the customer is always right? Steer clear!

Great quality Christmas decorations and fast shipping...
Bought a 3-tier Mueller Kleinkunst Anniversary Christmas pyramid in 2020, and a 23" Nutcracker and Santa Smoker in 2021 for my Christmas decorations display. Just love the natural colors! The quality of the items is the best you can find on the market. They are manufactured in the Erzgebirge region in Germany and you can see the quality difference. The ordering and delivery process is flawless and works great. They shipped with UPS and arrived from Germany each time within a week of ordering. I will definitely order again. They got so many manufacturers and different products, check off season as well. I may just start a collection of nutcrackers for the top of my kitchen cabinets...
