Ich empfehle es Niemanden, bei dieser Firma Auto auszuleihen. Auf meine Rückerstattung habe ich 3 Monate gewartet und zwar mein Geld bekommen nur weil meine Bank die Rückerstattung gefordert hat. Es ging um 1.146€ nicht wenig. bitte auf keinen Fall hier Auto anmieten, sind nur Betrüger. Wo wir das geliehene Auto zurückgeben haben wusste der Fahrer gar nicht wie und was, Sein Zustand war sehr komisch und wir hatten wirklich Angst gehabt. Wir konnten ihn gar nicht aufwecken, damit er uns zum Flughafen bringt. Also Erfahrung sehr schlimm. Konstantin aus DE

Avoid Eren Rent a Car at all costs! This was by far one of the worst car rental experiences I have ever had. Eren Rent a Car claimed they were unable to place a standard authorization hold on the security deposit and instead charged the full deposit amount directly to my card. Once the rental was over, they conveniently found endless excuses not to return the money. What should have been a routine refund turned into a three-month battle. Every inquiry was met with delays, vague promises, and complete silence. The deposit was only returned after both my bank and the booking platform became involved and started investigating the matter. Funny how the money suddenly appeared once external parties stepped in. The company also insisted that it was impossible to rent one of their vehicles without purchasing insurance through them. This is simply not how reputable rental companies operate. To make matters worse, they even pretended that payment attempts had failed in what appeared to be an effort to pressure customers into accepting their additional charges. Looking back, we should have seen the warning signs from the beginning. The rental price was unrealistically cheap compared to competitors, and now it is obvious why. The low price seems designed to lure customers in, only for them to face questionable practices and endless frustration afterward. In my opinion, this company operates in a highly misleading and unprofessional manner. If you value your money, your time, and your peace of mind, stay far away from Eren Rent a Car. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT USE!!!! STAY AWAY Ridiculous. Car that we was given had an engine management light flashing, this came on 30 minutes into our journey and was told everything is okay. We paid our deposit on arrival and was forced to “upgrade” our insurance to make sure the deposit definetly comes through. However we have been back in the UK 2 months and still not received our deposit back, we have been told constantly refund will be issued this week and nothing through yet. We have now contacted our bank to get this sorted. They will try tell you your insurance isn’t covered for number of different things, we were adamant on not getting this insurance however for our own peace of mind later just agreed with hopes everything will be okay and refund will be issued. We were given no support in regards to the car issues. When we arrived at the airport we had to call the company to inform them no one was here yet, we waited 20 minutes before someone arrived despite the office only being a 4 minute journey. Do not book Eren renta car or long car rental, both are the same company and no help

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They claim credit cards don’t work to make you use another that then means extra charges, don’t pay back your deposit and the car was in terrible condition. The location is middle of nowhere, so the only way to walk away is to get them to drive you back to the airport. Still trying to get damage deposit back (which they take as a charge from your card, not as a hold / block like other companies). Really sad but this is a scam fraudulent company - avoid!

Company did not meet us at Antalya…
Company did not meet us at Antalya airport, we arranged for someone else to take us to their office. Old cars with plenty of marks and no Diesel. Upon returning the Car everything went fine but our deposit was not returned so after 4 weeks I contacted my bank and the bank returned my deposit the same day. My daughter was also with us with her family and 2 and a half months later she’s still trying to get her deposit returned. Do not use this company, worst car hire company I’ve ever used
