MTACC LTD and ePayService have officially gone bankrupt after their license was revoked by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) due to massive violations, failure to safeguard client funds, and lack of audited financial reports. While hundreds of innocent clients have been waiting years for court hearings and liquidator updates with zero results, the ultimate beneficiary, Denis Lafer, is living a luxury life in Dubai using our stolen funds. The company is completely insolvent, and the management has completely abandoned their responsibilities. Total fraud.

I have been a client since 2018 and they have always made it difficult to withdraw money from the account, already preparing to disappear with clients' money without giving any explanation about what happened. I am still trying to recover a large sum of money that is in the possession of "MTACC Ltd" Epayservice.com License Suspension: On September 25, 2023, the MFSA immediately suspended MTACC Ltd.'s financial institution license and appointed a Competent Person to manage the situation. License Cancellation: Following the suspension, and due to the institution's continued failure to meet its obligations, the MFSA decided to cancel the license on February 26, 2025. Judicial Liquidation: The Competent Person was instructed to file for judicial liquidation in the Courts of Malta. Reasons: The violations included failures to protect client funds, weak governance arrangements, lack of cooperation with the regulatory authority, and the provision of misleading information. Ich habe ein wintermantel bei ebay verkauft. Und habe ich an den Käufer per DHL versandt Mit sende verfolgen. Ich habe sogar bei DHL € 7.90 BETZAHLT. DER KÄUFER hat bestätigt den Erhalt. Und hat an ebay gesendet das er sehr zufrieden Und den mantel ist in TOP Zustand. Jetzt nach 10 tage Habe ich ein Email von ebay Das mein Guthaben von €36.96 Da ist. Aber auf mein eBay Konto ist kein Guthaben. Da habe ca. 15 mal den Kundenservice kontaktiert. Keine Konten mir Helfen. Ich mich überhaupt nicht mehr bei epay einloggen. Ich will nur mein Geld auf meinem bank Konto überwiesen. Da ist kein Mensch bei ebay kann das???? 30 Email und Stunden lang Mit Kundenservice in ägypten und Deutschland verbringen mus Alles ohne Erfolg. Aber ichmuss Sagen das die Personal bei Kundenservice sher geduldig Und höfflich. Aber ihrem Hände Sind gebunden.

Beware they are scammers and they will steal your money! Everything was ok but one day they have blocked my account and have stolen my money without any reason. they didnt answer to my mails, calls, etc.. they did that to a lot of people. They should be prosecuted and sent in jail. It was in 2022 and i never got my money back!!

Cierre de cuenta con mi dinero
Cobré un dinero x esta plataforma unos meses. Me habían quedado alrededor de 500 dolares en la cuenta en pandemia. Cuando quise utilizar la tarjeta me dijeron q estaba vencida. Nunca me la repusieron. Intenté enviarme el dinero a otra tarjeta y me lo rechazaron. Hice reclamos varios, todos sin solución para el reembolso. Hoy día mi cuenta está cerrada diciendo que en mi país no operan. Unos ladrones. Si se puede gestionar una demanda colectiva cuenten conmigo.
