Genau so sollte es sein
Sehr gute Erfahrung von Anfang bis Ende. Alles war transparent, zuverlässig und deutlich unkomplizierter als erwartet. Man merkt, dass hier Wert auf einen guten Service gelegt wird. Ich würde den Anbieter jederzeit wieder nutzen.

Filthy unsafe apartment!!! Do not stay anywhere connected with this business. The owner suggested I should have contacted him and he would have got someone to clean it whilst I was there... ridiculous individual!

AVOID AVOID AVOID this company!!! Arrived at their London Fulham apartment to find stains on the carpet, two large encrusted marks on the bedroom carpet which looked like faeces, revolting spills up the walls beside the bed, pubic hairs in the bed, stained pillows, stained sofa, broken blind in the lounge and bare lightbulbs throughout (that’s after having gone through the communal stairwell which was revolting and smelt strongly of cannabis). We booked the apartment because it said it was ‘elegant’ and we thought it would be ideal for a night in London. However we took one look at it, and decided it was too disgusting to stay in. We took photos of both the inside of the apartment, showing the stains and spills, and pubic hairs, as well as the communal stairwell and notified the owner that we would be have to find accommodation elsewhere. We stayed less than 10 minutes. The owner said it was a shame we didn’t stay so that he could rectify it but why would we want someone to come in and clean while we are there for just one night?!! Despite messaging the owner direct, and going through Airbnb, the owner has refused to give us a refund. We have since looked through the reviews for the other properties that he owns and it appears other people have had similar experiences. Unfortunately our candid review on Airbnb will not be published because the owner hasn’t written us a review and therefore people booking the apartment are not prepared for the reality of what they’ll get when they get there. They only get to see the good reviews. It’s extraordinary that the company is still allowed to advertise on the Airbnb platform. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

ZERO STARS property was filthy and a health risk
ZERO STARS Sadly we have had to resort to social media as we are getting nowhere with our serious complaint. This apartment was the worst we have ever stayed in . We arrived to a filthy property no heating in living room and WiFi not working .Our son was in tears it was disgusting. We checked out early the next morning but the one night we stayed ( due to the fact I had a gig and had no time to find alternative accommodation) my husband was severely bitten by bugs on the sofa . 16 Rockley Road, London, W14 0DA, United Kingdom We’ve tried to get help via BOOKING DOT COM but now are contacting Enjoy Stays ( ironic )who have refused a refund . I just hope no one else stays in this dump . Two months of ZERO help DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they are sharks
