Un po' di anni fa ho deciso di migliorarmi e specializzarmi nella lingua inglese per trovare lavoro. Ho trovato il sito di Englishtown che dopo un'accurata ricerca pensavo fosse il migliore l, inoltre c'era scritto all'epoca come c'è scritto tutt'ora che questo corso è riconosciuto addirittura a livello mondiale! Quando invece ho presentato il mio "Certificate of graduation" level c2 a diversi uffici qui in zona, me l'hanno rifiutato tutti dicendo che non accettavano questo tipo di certificato! In più non mi hanno mai mandato il cartaceo del "diploma" e l'ho dovuto stampare io dal mio pc e quindi ovviamente la firma non era nemmeno originale! Ho studiato per ben due anni in questo sito ed ho pagato un bel po' di soldi! il risultato a livello di preparazione è stato buono ma non mi è servito proprio a niente nell'ambito lavorativo! È stata una grandissima delusione che non mi sarei mai aspettata dopo tanti sacrifici di tempo ed economici! In più ho reclamato via mail e nessuno si è degnato di rispondere! Tornando indietro non ripeterei mai e poi mai questa esperienza!

It worked for me
It helped me a lot when I started to learn english, I had a very basic level. I loved the fact they have "situations" with common phrases or topics you can discuss on certain situation, for example: going shopping, doctor appointment or ordering in a restaurant, etc. I also loved private classes and yeah the group clases as well, it was a great source of knowlodge for me back then. After a year I started to use it less and less because it kinda turned boring for me but at the same time I was having more and more confidence to speak with people whenever I wanted or need it. However I don't think you can get fluency with this course, that is just through speaking with people. I totally recommend it whenever I have a chance or even when people ask me how did I to learn english.

It is very sophisticated international scam process
Yes, I agree that they are providing English classrooms and nice teachers but it is a fraud on an international level. Enrolling in there programs associated with a high possibility of getting scammed either by EF itself or by its agent (seller) no matter how smart you are. Before enrolling in their program just ask yourself a question: why they don't accept online way of payment, they prefer calling you from a scary international phone number in Mexico to ask you about your cards information. Also, the process that you are going to go through to cancel their program is a hell of a process. They don't offer online cancelation.

Poor after sales customer service
I used this web site efenglishtown and am very unhappy with the customer service. My purse is being paid for by my employer and I requested a receipt which they have never given me. E en on the account it does not show the amount paid. Now I have an issue with my employer. English Town don't reply to my requests.
