Fraudulent subscription – no cancellation, no response
I have been charged 30 USD every month since April 2025 by Bright Mobile Apps (also called “Bright Learn Fast”), without my consent and with no way to cancel the subscription. There is no cancellation option in the app, no account page, and the company does not respond to any emails. I tried to contact them multiple times with no success. The charges are processed via Stripe and continue without authorization. This app uses deceptive and abusive billing practices, and I strongly advise others to stay away. I have reported the company to my bank, Stripe, and consumer protection agencies in Germany. Avoid this app at all costs.

Do NOT trust their misleading refund policy! 🚨 1️⃣ Their payment page promises a “14-day money-back guarantee,” but they make it nearly impossible to get a refund! 2️⃣ There is NO clear indication that the price is in USD, leading many users to be charged unexpected high fees. 3️⃣ There is NO cancel subscription button inside the app, nor in the App Store subscription records, making it impossible to cancel. 4️⃣ Their customer service only replies in English, and their refund policy is even hidden in Malay, making it hard for users to understand! 5️⃣ This app preys on non-English speakers by making cancellation and refunds as difficult as possible. ⚡ I have already filed a Chargeback with my bank and reported this app to Apple & Google Play! ⚡ If you have been scammed, dispute the charge and leave a negative review here to warn others! /////// 🚨 Bright App 是詐騙！Beware of this scam! 🚨 ⚠️ 請小心 Bright App！這是一個詐騙性語言學習 APP 🚨 1️⃣ 廣告頁面宣稱「14天無條件退款」，但實際上根本無法退款！ 2️⃣ 付款頁面沒有明確標示美金計價（USD），導致許多用戶在不知情的情況下被高額扣款。 3️⃣ 付款後才發現 完全沒有取消訂閱的按鈕，甚至 App Store 訂閱紀錄內也沒有這筆交易，讓人完全無法自行取消。 4️⃣ 他們的客服 只提供英文回應，退款政策甚至藏在馬來語文件裡，故意讓用戶難以理解！ 5️⃣ Bright 透過隱藏消費真相，欺騙大量非英語系用戶，這已經是詐欺行為！ 🚨 ⚡ 我已經申請信用卡 Chargeback 並且向 Apple & Google Play 檢舉此 APP！ ⚡ 如果你也被騙，請立刻向你的銀行申請退款，並且在這裡留下你的負評，讓更多人知道這款 App 有多黑心！
