I purchased an Endura summer mountain…
I purchased an Endura summer mountain bike top for over £50. When the top arrived, I realised that the elastic had not been sewn correctly into the collar. I contacted Endura through their website but received no response. I then emailed Endura directly and, again, received no response. I also raised the issue on their social media, but still received no response. It seems that, looking at other reviews, the quality of these products has gone down. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I would expect a large company to have good customer after-sales service. Unfortunately, after several weeks of trying to contact Endura, I have received no help or response. It is a real shame, as I would have expected much better quality and customer service from Endura.

The only brand you need for mountain biking!
Love this company! The clothing and equipment is wheats of excellent quality & design and feels I credibly comfortable when out riding, meaning you can focus solely on the trail ahead. I am dressed in Endura from head to foot and honestly, I wouldn’t wear anything else.

So poor customer service
I just put an order on Endura website. At the checkout, I did not have te possibility to put my current adress and I realizes they they will ship my order to a wrong address. I immediately call their customer service. "Amber" did respond and they they can do nothing, it is done! But it was less then 5 mn before!! So now, I think I will never receive my order. I really not recommend this site, they do nothing to help their customers. I am so disappointed

poor customer service
I ordered some cycling shorts I washed them once and wore them once and these "reflective strips" on the back of the shorts had started peeling off. Disappointing but the shorts are some of the most comfortable and high quality iv found I assume this is a one off fault with this particular pair so i was happy to just get them swapped out. Thinking id get an email with a label to print off bag my current ones and stick the label on and when I get my new set give the drive the old ones simple but no sadly not. iv emailed pictures spoke to web chat multiple times replied to emails iv got of different company's (presuming its a sister company dealing with customer service) but its been 2 working weeks now since I contacted them and I'm still no further forward kind of loosing hope probably just going to be stuck with them at this point. order ref - END133791
