Great product for us. And no I'm not a robot.
Having breastfed my son from birth, he wasn't keen on plastic type bottles so I thought I'd give this a go. I wanted something that could replicate the comfort he got from a breastfeed but without my needing to be attached once in a while like during a period or when I was unwell and just needed the space. This bottle kept my sanity as it was the perfect simulation so he didn't protest at all when I offered this instead.

If i could give NO stars I would. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. I purchased a bottle WITH added return protection for a fee. The bottle took several weeks to even ship so by the time I received it I had already had to find an alternative bottle for my baby as I was returning to work. Therefore, I never used the bottle and began the return process. The company cancelled my return and after several emails they finally accepted my return. However, Emulait sent me return instructions that stated I needed to pay for return shipping. AGAIN, I PAID for return protection, which specifically states on Emulait's site the following, "Return protection gives you simple, hassle-free way to return . . .It covers RETURN SHIPPING and . . ." I emailed immediately and asked to be provided a pre-paid label as I have already paid for it through Emulait's "return protection." Emulait emailed me back and DID NOT send a prepaid label nor did they acknowledge that they messed up. They are continuing to ignore my emails and not honor their return protection for which I ALREADY PAID for. Emulait is scamming their customers. DO NOT PURCHASE.

My son loved it, super easy to use, and really made it easy to switch to bottles with my son. Would definitely recommend

Extremely frustrating experience
Extremely frustrating experience. I bought this bottle expecting multiple flow options (slow, medium, fast), but the kit only came with two. My baby couldn’t latch onto the nipple, making it unusable. I contacted customer service several times and received no clear solution due to miscommunication. I would not recommend this product—save your money.

Won’t use this company again
One bottle got delivered that was really good quality than the second bottle. I tried to order it was damaged and they charge me to return the item which I think is inappropriate. They take weeks to reply by email and I’m not very happy with the service the bottle can be readjusted when drinking for the Baby a lot of times, but overall I won’t be using this company again as I think it’s too overpriced and they charge customers for returning and exchanging items.
