Siamo stati 13 giorni nella Villa Il Ciliegio Sul Mare a Massarosa (LU). Villa e padroni di casa stupendi, da 5 stelle. Struttura da capogiro e ottima organizzazione, sicuramente ci torneremo.

Excellent stay with a view of Todi
We usually book through Emma Villas, and we think we're right in saying it's the best house we've ever stayed in. The location and view of Todi are stunning, the house is tastefully furnished and fully equipped. The infinity pool overlooking Todi is stunning. Our local contact (Anna Floden) was very kind, professional, and helpful. To make it perfect, I would add air conditioning to the living area as well (all the bedrooms are fully equipped)...this year it was particularly hot, and the fans provided weren't efficient enough.

Perfect place for a relaxing vacation
It was the perfect place. But it wouldn't have been with our host Nicoletta. She gaves us such a warm welcome that we immediately felt at home, told us everything we needed to know to find out way around. The villa Floria is perfect for 3-4 people. Nice pool, AC in the sleeping rooms, clean, a great terrace to chill during the day and grill at night. We definetly will come back!

VILLA LEMURA Condition and Maintenance of the Villa and lack of privacy!! Although the villa looks spectacular from the outside, which was one of the main reasons we chose the property, the condition of the interior was extremely disappointing and did not reflect the standard we expected. A number of basic fixtures and appliances were either poorly maintained or not functioning correctly. The light switches throughout the property were unreliable and frequently could not be switched on or off properly. The air-conditioning units were also ineffective at cooling the rooms, despite guests being required to pay separately for the electricity, making the additional cost particularly frustrating. The kitchen appliances were in a poor state of repair. The oven door did not close properly, and all of the gas hobs had to be manually lit using a lighter. The washing machine door handle had been glued together and did not open or close properly. Most concerningly, the freezer was completely unusable, resulting in a significant amount of our food spoiling during our stay. The showers were another ongoing issue. They did not maintain a consistent temperature and repeatedly changed from extremely hot to cold while in use. In addition, the shower heads did not remain securely attached to the walls, meaning they had to be held by hand while showering. This was inconvenient and also raised concerns regarding the general maintenance and safety of the facilities. Access to the swimming pool was also problematic. Large stone slabs had been placed over exposed tree roots, but these slabs moved when stepped . This created an unnecessary trip and fall hazard, particularly for guests who were less confident on their feet. There was also a persistent problem with ants throughout the property. We regularly encountered ants, and there appeared to be numerous ant nests in and around the villa. Given the number of guests staying at the property and the length of our stay, we would have expected these issues to have been addressed before our arrival. The biggest issue was the complete the lack of privacy. The owner of the villa repeatedly entered the property without our consent Overall, the condition and maintenance of the villa fell significantly below the standard we expected from a property that presents itself as a high-quality accommodation. While the exterior photographs and setting are impressive, the underlying condition of the property and the number of maintenance issues considerably detracted from our experience
