Terrible site. No good matches and I am not even able to delete my pictures! They are thieves of my data. I can't delete my account either. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS SCAM SITE.

I'm using the Elite Singles app for…golf
I'm using the Elite Singles app for golfers and it's a waste of money. Over 70% of the profiles don't have pictures. I received 12 messages on my first day, replied to two of them and haven't received answers back. Really no one I'm interested in. Cancelling my subscription after one month, although apparently some people have been charged even after cancelling and have had difficulty getting a refund.

The truth about Spark Networks the mother of EliteSingles
Like many other subscribers I have got my share of feeling mislead. I tried to unsubscribe according to the EU laws just after 2 days as I realised that the site is not real with false advertising, false profiles and misusing of customers data, but I only got automated mails from socalked customer service, which ignored my claim for subscription cancellation during the first 14 days. First after I dallied the advise of my bank and let them block my credit card, so that the Spark Networks, which is the company behind EliteSingles could not withdraw money from my account AND wrote them a letter with all facts I found online through research about the history of this corrupt company, they got back to me and apologised for their mistake and acclaimed that they had refund my money paid for the first month. But this was not true. Here is a resume of what I found online through research, which explains why I would have given the EliteSingles 5 💩 and O star if I could: Spark Networks GmbH is an American-German dating company founded 1997 under the name MatchNet plc. Jdate.com, founded in 1997, was the company's first venture into online dating. The company was also home to Christian Mingle, which was launched in 2001. The company went public on June 27, 2000 in Germany. In January 2005, the company changed its name to Spark Networks because management felt that the new name more sharply distinguished the company in the marketplace. The company continued redesigning and making acquisitions through coming years. On November 2, 2017, Spark Networks SE announced the completion of the previously announced merger of Spark Networks, Inc. and Affinitas GmbH in a stock-for-stock transaction. The combination created a worldwide online dating platform, with brands including EliteSingles (Partnermit Niveau), eDarling, Jdate, Christian Mingle, JSwipe, and Attractive World serving a spectrum of users across 29 countries and 15 languages. Interestingly On October 3, 2018, Spark was fined $500,000 and ordered to pay $985,000 in restitution in response to complaints that the site was automatically renewing customer accounts without their express consent. The company was sued by the Santa Monica city attorney as well as district attorneys in four counties. Following this the Company moves their legal existence from US to Berlin in Germany. (Unfortunately no question asked by German authorities;- It looks that the company has continued taking costumers money without their consent in Europe as they did in US. In the surface they even grow with over 1 Million subscribers worldwide and then: On January 12, 2024, pursuant to the StaRUG restructuring plan, confirmed by a German court on January 4, 2024, the Local Court of Munich, Germany registered the reduction of the company's share capital to zero (and cancellation of the stock) and subsequently issued new share capital, all of which was issued to a subsidiary of MGG Investment Group.As a result, MGG Investment Group is now the sole owner of Spark Networks. On April 15, 2024, the German Court certified and formally confirmed that the StaRUG restructuring plan and confirmation order entered on January 4, 2024, are final and non-appealable. Short time later appears their case at New York Southern Bankruptcy Court on BKalerts.com. Yesterday I got this mail from costumer service of Elitedating in respond to my mail about the refund I never received: Hi there, Thank you for contacting us. The current EliteSingles brand is now operated by a new team. Any subscriptions, payments, billing records, or user data from before the brand transition were handled by the previous operator. Unfortunately, we do not have access to their billing system or historical user database, so we are unable to directly review, restore, or refund previous subscriptions. You are welcome to use the current EliteSingles service. If you can provide proof of your previous paid subscription, such as a receipt, order screenshot, or payment record, we will be happy to review it. Depending on the information provided, we may offer a limited free Premium membership as a goodwill gesture. ….🤦🏻♀️🥸 Well what does this say about the Company: they redesign themselves after lawsuits and bankruptcy again and again. They continue cheating and misleading people who are blinded in their search for happiness and togetherness at a fraud vending machine with no soul. Do you know how you should respond to therm: block your credit card, shut down your profile ant all their Apps and go to dating events and bars and all kind of social events instead. This is more fun and there is a bigger chance that your eyes meet an other nice reel persons eyes and they begin to spark, if you start having more eye contact and smile❣️ 1000 persian 💋 F

EliteSingles c’est de l’arnaque. J’ai supprimé mon compte avant le fin de ùon abonnement et après EliteSingle a renouvelé mon abonnement pour 119,94 euros. Après que j’ai reclamé et demandé le remboursement, ils ont supprimé mon compte. Après plusieurs courriels à Service Clientèle EliteRencontre, aucune réponse ou remboursement. FRAUDULEUS.

Vous payez et au milieu de votre abonnement, vous n’avez plus d’accès! Plus d’application non plus! C’est une arnaque, les faux comptes s’accumulent et vous ne pouvez jamais avoir la relation client . Par contre ils encaissent bien votre argent!!
