Very disappointed!
Very disappointed! I had been ordering regularly and never had an issue. Then my partner made an order and it was never delivered, we emailed, called and have never received a reply, the items or a refund! Will not be ordering again

Under NEW Management and working out the kinks. Friendly customer service
Made an order, waited five days The number listed on their website, you just get one tick on their WhatsApp. I was given another number. I did get through to them, to which they were very apologetic and explained they're under new management and they're trying to work through the issues which they understand they have and they are working through them. They explained they didn't have my flavour of vape and offered me alternative flavours or a refund. I took the refund, which was actioned immediately. If they do have your item, give them a chance to work through their issues. Because actually, their customer service is honest, polite and swift, and that's rare in any business.

UPDATE under original review Placed an order on the 8th of August. Payment taken out of my account 10th August. No order confirmation but received mailing list and promotions. Order still not received. Ignored 4 emails. Can't get hold of them on the numbers provided. Mobile is permanent engaged. Landlines dont ring cuts you off. They confirmed under new management since July 2026. Order was placed in August! Wish I'd read before placing my order. Do not trust this company! One star as no option to leave no stars. Lets see if they reply to this review like they have on others reviews UPDATE from Eliquid base response to my review Number is incorrect!!!!! Ive called and tried to send a WhatsApp message which also confirms incorrect number and wont send message!!!!! Technical issues what a joke. Just read new messages in your inbox plain & simple. I have just sent you another email which includes a formal complaint.

Since new management take over there is such a huge improvement, customer service that actually answer and go out their way yo help. Great service fast delivery and great prices. Would highly recommend

After receiving texts stating that this company was now under new management, I decided to give them another go. The communication was great; I was getting quick replies, whereas before, with previous owners, I got no reply. I was told by the new management that problems that existed before were gone now, so I bit the bullet and placed an order for 4 boxes of vape oils on Friday afternoon. They were delivered today the following Monday by Royal Mail at lunchtime, bearing in mind I live in the North of Ireland. They dispatched straight away. In fact, I had confirmation of dispatch and a tracking number within the first couple of hours of ordering. I couldn't believe how much better it was compared to the previous owners. First class from the new team, keep up the great work, and I'll definitely be back! My advice would be: don't let the negative reviews from previous owners put you off; give these guys a go, and hopefully, like me, you will be pleasantly surprised.🤝👏🏼👏🏼
