Placed an order on the 21st August
Placed an order on the 21st August, got an email confirmation that order went through. Money taken from credit card. Heard nothing else. Emailed customer service on 26th August, received email saying they received my email and would get back to me. It is now the 30th August and have heard nothing and have not received my order.

Olivia is an absolute superstar.
Olivia is an absolute superstar. She has followed my case of products going to my old address- all my fault but she helped me every step of the way to ensure my delivery made it to my new address. It has taken weeks for royal mail to send the products back, and Olivia made sure I got a replacement as royal mail have not been helpful at all. I can’t praise Olivia enough, she deserves employee of the month or year! Fantastic service from Elemis, hence why I continue to shop with you.

Promptly resolved my order
I have enjoyed Elemis products for many years and watch for discounts and promotional items. Recently the promotional items were left off my order. Upon emailing customer service Jess replied with complete understanding of my plight and immediately ordered the items for me. Excellent customer service!

Isabelle made short work of…
Isabelle made short work of straightening out my order. She was thoughtful, though and kind. It was my own typo that caused me not to receive the confirmation email, but she didn’t blame me, just kindly said “oh, I see why you didn’t receive it, there’s an error on your address”. Elemis makes it all very easy. I love their products and their customer service is impeccable.
