The site is good but withdrawal times to reach your bank is 7 to 21 days terrible plus you can reverse your withdrawal so you spend it again your not allowed to do that in any British casino I asked if they can close my account and they said we will give you free money I got 50 pounds but bonus money turn over to real cash 250000 pounds lol they wont close it I wont be back on it tho

Eigentlich 0 Sterne. Bonus wird vorenthalten. Auf einmal casino update von 2 Sekunden wenn man bonus buys von 40 bzw. 80 Euro macht😂😂. Absoluter Scam. Vorsicht!

I requested a withdrawal of €1,432.66…
I requested a withdrawal of €1,432.66 on May 16, 2026, to the same Visa card I used for my deposits. As of today, my withdrawal is still marked as "Processing", despite the casino initially stating that bank withdrawals usually take 7 to 21 working days. My account has been fully verified from the beginning. I have never been asked to provide additional documents, pay any fees, or make another deposit. Over the past several weeks, I have contacted live chat many times and also sent a formal complaint by email. I was repeatedly told that: - my withdrawal was in the final stages, - my case had been marked as a priority, - the Finance Department had been notified, - and that my formal complaint had been registered. Unfortunately, I have still not received my withdrawal or a realistic payment date. I sincerely hope Electric Wins will resolve this matter quickly. If my withdrawal is processed, I will gladly update this review accordingly.
