I had just a few days left before my…
I had just a few days left before my trip. It looked hard to have an eSIM, since my Redmi Note 13 does not support it. I bought from Amazon an Eiotclub eSIM adapter but my phone was not compatible with it. I was assisted very efficiently by two operators, Evelyn and Anan. Thanks to them, now I'm on the road, travelling happily with my eSIM. Below the details. First, Evelyn sent me a replacement card, 3rd Gen. I thought the card would not arrive before my departure, so I bought a new one, and called Evelyn to cancel sending the card. She said it was already sent. Wow, they sent the replacement card within minutes! I received the other new card (9esim.com 3rd gen adapter) and Eiotclub replacement at the same time, 3 days later. The 9esim.com card didn't work! How lucky I've been, that Evelyn sent the replacement. It works. I started immediately experimenting. I downloaded an external eSIM profile, from trip.com and it worked. But I could not switch to other profiles. The operator Anan took care of me for a long long time and finally solved the problem. What I enjoyed: from Evelyn: that she was efficient to address the problem, but specially she undertood the urgency (only a few days before departing) and sent the me the replacement within minutes. from Anan: that he stayed with me a long time, in spite if me confusing old and new card, and confusing EID with ICCID. He stayed untill problem solved.
