Don't Even Waste Your Time
I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM EGO. I placed my order on August 3, but it never even shipped due to a shipping label issue. I was willing to wait and cut my losses if it was only going to be delayed by a couple of days, but it's now been almost a month. I was never given any real tracking info or an updated delivery estimate. When I asked to cancel since the dress was still in their warehouse and I no longer needed it, I was told I had to wait for it to ship and then return it...which made no sense to me. There was no timeline for when it would actually be sent, and then I would've had to spend EVEN MORE money to return the dress. I am also moving soon, so waiting indefinitely was reallyyy not an option for me. The customer service emails also felt super automated. Even when a “human” replied, it didn’t seem like they were actually reading what I was saying or answering my questions. I kept getting the same vague response. I ended up opening a dispute through PayPal and got my refund almost immediately. I honestly wish I had gone through PayPal from the start instead of wasting so much time trying to get EGO to cancel an order that hadn't even shipped. Things happen, but the way this was handled was really frustrating, and judging by the other reviews, this seems to be a pattern for the company.

They were both very attentive to my concerns regarding my recent return. EGO SHOES is the best. I will continue buying from this amazing company. Their fashion is like no other. BAD quality!
I got three pairs of heels from them and the quality is sooo bad! They look really cheap for the price, you could get those from any bazaar. I do not recommend.

I ordered something in February
I ordered something in February. It still hasn’t come and for nearly a month. The team keeps telling me it’s coming. It’s coming wait for a follow-up from the courier and the courier has not got back to them since then. I’ve asked for a refund. I’ve asked them to repost it and I keep getting the same generic response and it’s really frustrating me as I’m currently pregnant.
