Had a mummy makeover in January with Dr…
Had a mummy makeover in January with Dr Ali and I couldn't be any more disappointed with the service I received. My mummy make over should of consisted of a tummy tuck, liposuction and breast lift with implants. Instead Dr Ali walked in my room just before surgery drawed on me, told me I didn't need liposuction when I did, asked nothing about what size implants or anything about surgery and walked out. I spoke to the co-ordinator about my implants and said I wanted atleast a e/f I ended up with 250cc definitely not what I wanted. I was confident enough to travel to Turkey on my own for surgery but regret not taking someone as I think if I wasn't on my own I would of been able to voice all my concerns without being shut down with silly replies. Since returning home in january ive reached out to the hospital and considering my package also consisted of a years after care I get no responce back. I'd avoid this hospital and wish id chosen to go go with another as now im looking at booking with another hospital to get the liposuction and my implants redone. Also I got charged the full fee as apparently liposuction is a free service they offer... complete joke.

I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience in Turkey. From the moment I arrived, everything was so well organised and smooth, which made the whole process feel so much less stressful. The hospital was absolutely amazing. The staff were professional, caring and attentive throughout my stay, and I always felt like I was in safe hands. The nurses in particular were incredible. They were so kind, patient and reassuring, and they made sure I was comfortable and looked after every step of the way. I also want to say a massive thank you to, my surgeon. From my very first consultation, he made me feel comfortable and completely at ease. He took the time to listen to what I wanted, explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what was going to happen before my surgery. His calm and professional manner gave me so much confidence, especially as travelling abroad for surgery can be quite daunting. Throughout the whole process, I felt that I was in very safe and capable hands. My surgeon dr Ali was attentive, caring and reassuring, and I really appreciated how approachable he was whenever I had questions or concerns. I felt that he genuinely cared about me as a patient and wanted me to feel comfortable and confident throughout my journey. I’m extremely grateful for the care he gave me and so happy that I chose him as my surgeon. A huge thank you also has to go to my interpreters, Beyza and Burak. As I don’t speak the language very well, I was initially worried about communicating and making sure I understood everything properly. However, Beyza and Burak were absolutely brilliant. They explained everything to me so clearly, made sure I understood what was happening, and were always there whenever I needed help. They made such a difference to my experience and helped me feel comfortable and reassured when I could otherwise have felt anxious or confused. The communication and support I received throughout my tummy tuck journey were honestly better than I could have hoped for. Everyone was so welcoming, friendly and professional, and the whole experience went incredibly smoothly from start to finish. I’m so grateful to the nurses, the hospital team, Beyza and Burak, and everyone else involved in my care. They made what could have been a very nerve-wracking experience feel positive, comfortable and stress-free. I would genuinely recommend this team to anyone considering having their procedure in Turkey. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I’m so happy with the care, support and professionalism I received throughout my journey. ❤️

Breast lift without implants
I have just returned from a breast lift, without implants, and I can not stress enough how smooth and organised everything was from start to finish. The level of care was second to none. My surgeon Dr Merve Ozger was lovely, very professional and has done an incredible job. I am so happy with my results and would recommend wholeheartedly. The hospital room was like a suite, it was exceptionally clean and very spacious. If you've been thinking about surgery and where to have it, look no further because you are in very safe hands with the Egepol team. Thank you once again 🤩

I recently had a breast uplift at Egepol Hospital in Izmir under the care of Dr. Merve, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly professional, caring, and supportive. Dr. Merve made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process, taking the time to answer all of my questions and ensuring I felt at ease. A very special thank you to Sera and Beyza, who went above and beyond to look after my every need. Their kindness, compassion, and constant support made such a difference to my experience. They were always available to help, reassure me, and ensure everything went smoothly. The hospital was exceptionally clean, the staff were outstanding, and the level of care I received exceeded all of my expectations. I truly couldn't speak more highly of Egepol Hospital and the entire team. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering cosmetic surgery. I recently travelled to Egepol Hospital…
I recently travelled to Egepol Hospital in Turkey for a mummy makeover, and overall I had a very positive experience. Serra and Beyza were amazing from the start. Their communication was excellent, and they were always available to answer my questions and reassure me throughout the process. Serra, in particular, made my experience at the hospital so much more comfortable and really helped me feel at ease. My surgeon, Dr. Merve, was absolutely fantastic. She listened carefully to everything I wanted, understood my goals, and honestly exceeded my expectations. She did everything I asked for and more, and I am so grateful for her skill, care, and attention to detail. There was a small language barrier with some of the nurses, but they were all incredibly kind, caring, and attentive. Google Translate, along with Serra’s help, made communication easy whenever it was needed. The hospital itself was very clean, modern, and well maintained, and I felt safe throughout my stay. The staff worked hard to make sure I was comfortable and looked after. I’m still recovering, but so far I’m very happy with my experience and the care I’ve received. Thank you to Dr. Merve, Serra, Beyza, the nursing staff, and everyone at Egepol Hospital for making what could have been a daunting experience feel so positive. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering surgery abroad.
