I recently upgraded from my having purchased 2 tickets for this year’s Edinburgh Tattoo, in August 2026, to a “Hospitality Package.” The 2 young ladies, Angela & Rachel, with whom I spoke to, were very helpful, supportive and courteous throughout the whole process of my requesting an upgrade! I would highly recommend that you contact in the Edinburgh Tattoo Office directly should you need any assistance with your wanting to purchase tickets for the Tattoo or any other special requests that you may have. Disapointed & very worried waiting for my tickets
Up to this year I have been pleased with the ticket process. Normally postal tickets are rec'd by the end of July, it is now Aug and still not rec'd them. Rang up & managed to speak to Mark who tells me they are sending out tickets for 26th & 27th perfomances. If I don't recieve them before I go I can go to the office. On a normal year that would be poor but they have had my money pre-covid, you would think they would show the same loyalty spectators have. They are so busy because they are also selling tickets for 2023 instead of waiting until this years shows end.

6.50 per ticket for a booking fee is…
6.50 per ticket for a booking fee is ridiculously high. This is more than London theatre booking agents which are high, but not this much. The online booking system then tries to sell you loads of add on items. I reluctantly tried to book tickets this route. The system didn't work and then i had to call and they wanted to still charge me 6.50 per ticket despite my paying for the phone call. Also no discounts for children offered. Not impressed and not bothering to go now.
