AVOID ECOPAYZ – 15,000 TRY Taken From My Bank Accounts, Never Credited, Now Stonewalled for 2 Weeks Between 4–9 August 2026, I made three separate deposits to my EcoPayz account via CepBank, from three different banks, totaling 15,000 TRY. Each time, the money was debited from my bank account immediately and I received bank confirmation — but none of it was ever credited to my Payz balance. I have official bank receipts proving all three withdrawals. For two weeks, I have provided every document EcoPayz support has asked for — including obscure details like the exact ATM location — and each time they simply ask for something new instead of resolving the issue. This is a clear delay tactic. My money was taken by their own payment processing, I have proof, and they refuse to return it. – Cüneyt

Although the EcoPayz system stated that the verification of my account would be completed within 2 days, 3 detailed steps have not been taken. I have 1000 TL in my account, which I deposited on February 2nd, and I cannot make any transactions with this money because the account has not been verified. The system, which doesn't even want to process deposits, is now requesting account verification while trying to process funds. Despite all the necessary conditions being met, my application has been put on hold, and even after the stated waiting period has passed, it remains incomplete. Despite contacting support via live chat or customer service, I have received no response. I urgently request that my account be verified, that the use of my 1000 TL balance be extended, and that the inconvenience I have suffered due to this delay be explained and rectified.

Have an account use it regularly Changed my address Deposited from my paycheck and also government benefits Refunded my payment the first time for no apparent reason Got the payment resent after my account was finished being reviewed Now it’s been 3 days since my paycheck was processed into my Payz account it has not shown up in the app nor have they emailed me about my deposits I’ve sent multiple emails but I’m clearly being ignored. Ridiculous customer service they say 24 hours and I’ve waited DAYS for a response and to this day I still have no reply Total sum gone unaccounted for £500. Don’t use this bank as your main bank.

Seems to be a bit of a con
Seems to be a bit of a con. My father is locked in an endless loop trying to get an account verified so that he can withdraw money deposited from by another party. All ID is provided as requested but there are constant requests to resend them when they are perfectly clear. I think because he is elderly they are winding it out as long as possible in the hope he will give up.

J'ai acheté un voucher code qui ne fonctionne pas il est défectueux mais cela fait 10 jours maintenant que j'attends du nouveau. Il me dise que c'est en cours auprès du service concernant mais rien n'avance! J'ai acheté ce code défectueux il y a 10 jours, j'attends de leur part un nouveau code le plus vite possible. C'est honteux je ne recommande pas.
