Has to be the worst customer service…
Has to be the worst customer service ever, not only uneducated but rude and arrogant, good way lose customers! Received a faulty item believe it may have been a return as not tag no invoice, Sent many photos as proof but they are being very difficult and will not supply a return label, ladies shop elsewhere and there products aint that good anyway and way overpriced!

Materials are poor
Materials are poor. Could buy the same thing from shein which is a shame as Echt would sell decent leggins years ago. Received stock, took it out of packaging and realised poor materials requested return within the day. Rejected. No reason. Anyway now a pair of very expensive shein leggings. At least I know not to buy from them again.

Echt online returns service
I tried on echt pants and didn’t like them so packed them straight away and returned them. I recieve and email saying they found a pull in the pants. They can’t return and expect me to pay $10.95 to get my damaged item back, even though I paid extra to get free shipping. I’ve never recieved service like this my whole life from other stores and this was the first time I shop here. Never again. Be careful if shopping online they inspect items thoroughly to try find damage but don’t inspect items when they send them out.

Very unprofessional and difficult to deal with. They sent incorrect sizes, and not taking responsibility for their mistakes.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Extremely slow communication, constant excuses, and zero accountability when something goes wrong. Instead of taking responsibility and helping the customer, they make the customer deal with the consequences of their own (Etch) mistakes. Very disappointing and extremely unprofessional. I will not be purchasing from Etch Apparel again.

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. I ordered the mint flare pants because the colour shown on the website looked beautiful. What arrived was completely different—a dull, unpleasant grey vomit green that looked nothing like the advertised colour. Instead of handling the return professionally, the company made the process unnecessarily difficult and told me I had to prove the pants were actually the item they sent me, before I could process a return. I was also expected to pay the return postage, even though the product did not match how it was presented online. Deceitful and disgraceful for an Australian company.
