Holiday package cancelled at boarding…
Holiday package cancelled at boarding gate! We have 2 children going on our dream holiday to Disneyland Paris and because we booked a package holiday with easyJet holidays absolutely no one could help. Emergency number rang out!!! We waited 6 hours (11:30pm) to be told you have to go back home because we booked our holiday as a package and no one could help whatsoever. Once we arrived home we had the email to say your package has been completely cancelled and there is nothing available. People who booked flights separately were given exchange flights /hotels and Ubers to the nearest airport to get them on their way but not us . We were also told that no one represents easyJet holidays at Liverpool airport by Aaron,Sophie,Dan and Mo. So today we are still at home with no holiday and £888 out of pocket due to attraction tickets unable to be used! Solicitors Monday morning!

Great experience with EasyJet
Great experience with EasyJet, delayed flight from Prague to return home was not great though 2hrs 30min, But they provided a free drink and snack in the airport. Will travel with easy jet again

Bargain!
Everything went smoothly, got the holiday to gran canaria £400 cheaper than other holiday company's, for the exact same holiday only your allowed 1kg more in your case. Would definitely check out easyjet holidays again!

Communication was great before and…
Communication was great before and during the holiday. Website really easy to use Aircraft was satisfactory but not very comfy the seats become a little uncomfortable after a while. Choice and availability of hot food Limited
