40 Year old video recordings brought back to life…
From the moment I chose EachMoment they kept me up to date with the progress of my recordings. Second to none customer service. The recordings are just as I remember them from nearly 40 years ago.

Very poor
Very poor, firstly the pricing is not transparent. Next they offer an uplift on price to get the mp3 sooner, but it was not sooner, it was actually later than the first estimation. Most importantly, they converted an audio cassette tape for me but the quality is terrible, some of the tracks sounds like the tape is being fast forwarded, very disappointing. I tried one tape? I have lots of other media, tapes and vhs, I will not be using this service. Due to the pricing, I feel like I have been scammed. Stay clear for them!!

Took great care of very old film
Took great care of very old film. Informed all the way via dashboard. Would recommend and will use again. Great service and responded very quickly.

Only 4 star just for the length of time…
Only 4 star just for the length of time you return everything after the items are on line apart from that I would use again

Simple and easy process
The process was very easy and reasonably priced. However, the time to do the digitisation is long so perfect if you’re not in a hurry. I’m was disappointed that a couple of videos were damaged and it would have been good to know this earlier as I have a secondary copy that I could have sent. Communication was good but not overly personal.
