lots of enjoying surveys which are not too long. Stays in contact. Easy to redeem points for rewards same day which is wonderful.

The surveys used to be easier to get into, but now you can get 8-10 rejects before you get on a survey. Sucks really.

The Panel Does What They Can
The e-Rewards panel does a great job answering the 'Help' inquiries in a prompt and professional manner. They are always polite and do their best to apply the rules as fairly as possible. Since my last review in July, there was one terrible week where several surveys failed to deliver after 'completion' and most were higher value and well in excess of the pre-survey time estimate. The bigger frustration was that most of these had extensive qualification sections which only extended the amount of time I spent before failing to get any credit. This settled down, but the increasing use of AI to prove I'm human is getting ridiculous. You have to swear you're not going to use AI to answer the survey and yet AI is used extensively throughout the qualification process and surveys themselves. There is definitely a double standard here and the repetitive and/or overly simplistic nature of AI 'interviews' is often the reason I opt-out early in the process. Survey times are still 'misrepresented' and compensation for time spent is decreasing but, if you have the time, the rewards are still worth it for the majority of surveys offered.

I enjoy the shorter surveys a lot and I wish the points would add up much quicker. Sometimes the same questions are asked too many times. But I still enjoy it a lot. I also wish there were a larger selection of gifts to choose from. I am having trouble getting some places to accept the e-gift cards.
