"I strongly advise against shopping here. As a long-time customer, I experienced two consecutive disastrous orders where I received completely incorrect products (specifically, 6 vapes). What followed was a nightmare of unprofessional behavior from their representative, Tony. He would delay responses by days or even weeks. When I mentioned initiating a chargeback through my bank, he dismissively told me it would be pointless. After a month of this frustrating back-and-forth, when I finally stopped emailing, Tony actually reached out to me again to mock the situation, asking if I was 'still waiting' for my refund and demanding that I resend the same evidence I had already provided weeks prior. This is not just a mistake—it is a clear, systematic attempt to wear the customer down and avoid accountability. They do not respect their customers, and the level of manipulation I encountered was staggering. Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere."

Save yourself disappointment and order elsewhere
Half my order was missing and I have received no reply from this company as to where the rest of my order is. AI robot sends you an email saying they will be in touch, this is now a week ago. Don’t waste your money. Don’t expect to hear from them. Wish I had read reviews before contemplating ordering from here.

Order placed, order confirmation incl. order number received, paid. But never received my order. 4 email reminders sent, no answer received. Do not order anything on this website, it seems as it is a fake one.

SCAM WEBSITE!!
SCAM WEBSITE!! Do not order or send any payments to this site. I placed an order totalling £59.00 for 3 bottles of Bule Bolu on 08/09/25. No confirmation email for the order can not contact the site, phone numbers do not work, support email, chat does not work. I wish I had paid more attention to the reviews . I checked the payment details and it has been sent to somewhere in Malta. I am going to report the site to the relevant fraud authorities.
