The operative report contains completely false information. 5. Dr. Suleyman Ozer injected fat into the lower part and around my buttocks but did not inject any fat into the center of my buttocks, which resulted in a very unattractive shape. In Russia, this technique is generally not performed because the fat placed too low tends to sag over time, creating an unnatural appearance. Since the lower part of my buttocks became much heavier, it put excessive weight on the outer thighs, causing pronounced saddlebag deformities that I never had before. These areas cannot simply be corrected with liposuction now because that would make the buttocks sag even further. 6. I deliberately gained 10 kg before surgery to have enough fat for the procedure. However, the surgeon injected the fat into the wrong areas. This is now almost impossible to correct because I have no intention of gaining that much weight again. Fat accumulates mainly in my legs, and I have already reached the maximum weight I am willing to accept. I became much wider overall, and even after a year and a half, my body shape still cannot be corrected because I simply cannot gain enough suitable fat again. 7. At my age, undergoing another liposuction and another fat transfer is not recommended. A revision liposuction could make the fibrosis even worse. 8. I also had deep fibrotic dents and bands in my buttocks that were supposed to be corrected. Dr. Ozer even states in the video that he would remove them. In reality, they did not improve at all. They actually became deeper and much more noticeable. 9. I still have fibrosis in my arms and abdomen. Nobody warned me that these complications could occur. My abdomen now looks uneven, almost like cobblestones. 10. I have noticeable asymmetry. A significant amount of fat was left on my inner thighs even though I paid for liposuction in that area. 11. I also paid for J-Plasma. The doctor claimed that it would eliminate cellulite, but apparently he either misunderstood or misrepresented what the procedure actually does. J-Plasma is intended to tighten the skin after liposuction, yet fat was still left on my thighs, and I did not achieve the results that were promised. 12. During my postoperative consultation, Dr. Suleyman Ozer refused to answer any of my questions. Instead, he shouted at me, constantly interrupted me, denied responsibility, and made excuses because I had posted an honest review. After surgery, the clinic simply ignores important messages. You will be left alone with your problems. 13. Do not believe the beautiful results shown on the operating table. In real life, the outcome looks much worse. I have developed serious insecurities and no longer feel comfortable going to the beach. 14. Revision fat grafting is approximately twice as expensive because it is considered reconstructive surgery and fibrosis makes the procedure much more difficult. According to this surgeon, I am expected to pay for correcting his mistakes myself: fixing the dents, correcting the asymmetry, removing the remaining fat from my inner thighs, somehow finding enough fat again, and finally filling the center of my buttocks where it should have been injected in the first place. 15. I cannot recommend this surgeon or this operation to anyone. Living at an unhealthy weight, with poor skin quality and a body shape that causes constant distress, is a direct path to depression.
