business avant l'humain? La question se pose très clairement
Malheureusement, je pensais l'humain avant le business mais ce n'est malheureusement pas le cas. J'ai écrit au médecin suite aux recommandations de mes proches et vu le montant exorbitant que j'ai payé qui m'ont valus 2ans de travail acharné pour y arriver, pour aller chez LE MEILLEUR. On m'a clairement conseillé " s'il te répond, c'est que c'est un médecin correct et si pas...tu auras compris que c'est le business avant tout". 15.500€ sans compter le vol et les 40 massages post op effectués pour finalement juste une abdominoplastie +- réussie (+- car aucun marquage sur le ventre). Tout le reste a été à mon sens bâclé et ça fait très cher payé pour le résultat. Je ne penses pas avoir été suffisamment bien conseillée ce qui est normal car le médecin fait sa consulte 1h avant l'opération dans votre chambre. Et ce n'était pas faute d'avoir bien répété et insisté sur les zones très importantes à traiter. J'aurais préféré que l'on me conseil s/1 zone si c'est pour finalement rater les autres. C'est vraiment dommage, quelle perte d'argent. Mon email envoyé aux deux mail officiels sont restés sans aucunes réponses depuis 1 mois. L'assistante traductrice reste sympa tant que vous êtes positive, après ce sont les foudres "non ce n'est pas de la graisse qu'il vous reste! donnez moi la preuve scientifique!". Oui j'ai eu droit à ce genre de réponse, tellement triste et peu professionnel. Et pourtant, deux consultations chez des chirurgiens à mon retour et toutes les masseuses spécialisées en post op+Kiné le confirment, le médecin a bel et bien laissé beaucoup de graisse dans le dos. Ils insistent à outrance pour que vous faites un commentaire quand vous êtes sur place ce que j'ai refusé, pour moi, un avis se donne après quelques mois avec les résultats et non directement. et je pèse mes mots quand je dis "insister à outrance". Pour ma part,et vous verrez pourquoi, je penses qu'ils sont 2 à opérer et clairement l'un des deux n'a pas fait correctement les choses. mais perso, c'est au chirurgien principal de vérifier le travail final! Pour vous résumer voici ce qui ne va pas et si je pouvais mettre des photos, je l'aurais fait: -J'ai un trou à hauteur du genoux avant gauche (trop liposucé);Les bras, lipo avec soi disant JPlasma... pas de résultat. Bras droit toujours plus gros que le gauche alors que j'avais précisé de corriger l'asymétrie avec insistance, vraiment;La clôture de la cicatrice de l'abdominoplastie côté gauche pas terrible;Le BBL côté gauche avant, excessif sur l'avant cuisse/hanches; asymétrie sur le ventre côté gauche (une bosse). A l'arrière:Côté droit encore deux bourrelets et dos gras;Côté gauche, mieux mais encore de la graisse;bbl fesse droite j'ai un trou;bbl fesse gauche, trop rempli et ça fait une bosse;bas dos une ligne droite. Vous aurez compris,la personne à ma gauche en salle d'op. n'a pas bien fait son travail (avant gauche et arrière droit, donc bien la personne à ma gauche ce que j'ai mis dans mail). Sur le reste de mon aventure:Vu le médecin avant l'opération et à la première visite, après vous n'avez à faire qu'à son médecin généraliste (toujours avec son café en main);Infirmière, 1 s/2 sympa, les autres antipathiques,odieuses avec les femmes de ménages qui étaient très gentilles et qui font aussi, petit déj. et changer les pansements car pas assez bien pour les infirmières apparemment;Anesthésie générale, préparez vous, ce n'est pas l'Europe! Pas de mots quand on vous endors, elles discutent entre elles intensément (d'autres com le confirment);le médecin était sur son tel couché sur un lit dans le couloir (pas top, pas 1 visu avant le grand saut);le réveil est violent et on vous monte en chambre directement, vous passez dans le couloir et voyez pleins de gens sur votre trajet. Souffleuse quelques minutes seulement. J'avais précisé avant l'op. que j'étais sensible au froid au réveil.Donc très froid mais on vous donne que 2 couvertures et on vous dit "c'est tout ce qu'on a!".Devant le regard paniqué de ma mère me voyant trembler durant un bon moment, on a du me mettre les manteaux, les bonnets et écharpes, je vous laisse imaginer l'humiliation!Après ma consult avant le voyage, en discutant avec une autre patiente FR, c'était la même expérience, l'impression de mourir et que personne vous calcul au bloc... aucune interaction pour vous rassurez d'être à l'autre bout du monde et sur le point de vous faire anesthésier. Clairement pas la méthode des européens qui est beaucoup plus bienveillantes envers les patients. Donc résumé, déçue, triste, perplexe, à moitié satisfaite et totalement fauchée! 15.500€ bordel! Donc 1conseil, attendez les résultats avant de commenter, nous ne sommes peut être pas tous traités à la même enseigne, faut il être déjà une bimbo? I think so! j'aurais préféré une réact.

Absolutely amazing surgeon and team
I was lucky enough to get a cancellation at last minute with Dr Serbulant i know 4 people personally that have all been to him and there journey and results were amazing i was so nervous but landed and was met with Eda and instantly felt at ease beautiful person inside and out absolute credit to the team one of the nicest people ive ever met so caring goes above and beyond for you a real life angel is there with you the whole way through and still checks on me now i’m home so sweet. Met the Dr knew what he wanted to do to suit my body and did he deliver WOW i can’t believe it’s actually my body im absolutely over the moon i had a breast lift 360 lipo with a BBL.He is the absolute best and i’m so glad i chose him i wouldn’t go anywhere else ever he genuinely cares about he’s patients and is a perfectionist.I suffer from bad anemia which i disclosed when booking and had to have a two blood transfusions while there both were done with no bother at all i truly felt in the best hands and so taken care off,hotel is also absolutely stunning.I’m only 10 days post op and im so excited to see the end results.The whole experience was great and i would highly recommend Dr serb and the team thank you for everything im beyond grateful and appreciate it all xxx

I am blessed for the 2nd time because I deserve only the best. And that is Dr. Serbulent ❤️ I have been following this doctor for a few years and have nothing but admiration for him! At first, I didn't dare because other people would always want to convince you not to do something they actually don't dare to do themselves, and they want to project their fears and insecurities onto you. But eventually, I took the plunge and went for it anyway... The first time was in 2024 for a BBL and scar correction on my stomach, which had gone terribly wrong here in Belgium 😪 but he gave me my self-confidence back! 🙏❤️ After feeling bad for almost 2 years because of an amateur here who made me uglier and more insecure than before! Dr. Serbulent saved my life 🙏 I was very depressed and gloomy and felt totally uncomfortable in my own skin. So I definitely recommend this doctor, not just for beautiful cosmetic looks, but because he actually changes and improves your life 🥇 He takes on such heavy, difficult, and hopeless cases that other doctors wouldn't dare, and then he turns them into a work of art! So I went back in 2026 🤩 for full body liposuction, and because he is ultimately the king of BBL, number 1, I only want him! Doctor 🥇 result, communication, organization, team, care, hotel, massage, etc... 100/100 👏 also his assistant Elif is a sweetheart ❤️ Love all of you guys 🌸 I want to thank everyone for taking such good care of me. He made me feel completely comfortable and confident in my decision, taking the time to explain everything clearly and honestly. Dr. Serbulent is truly a real life magician. I first went to him in April 2023 for a BBL and still receive daily compliments three years later. I recently returned for a breast lift and implants, and the natural results exceeded my expectations. His stitching is incredible I’m prone to keloids, and my scars are barely visible after just three months I also had a scar revision with amazing results A special thank you to Nil, who is the sweetest and checked on me daily her care made the whole experience even better I wouldn’t trust anyone else
