I bought an AYN Thor from Droix on the 25th and I’m really happy with the device. It’s exactly what I was hoping for, which is why I was happy to pay a bit extra to avoid the long wait from AYN directly. Overall I’m giving 4 stars because the product and most of the experience were great. I want to give a big shout-out to Dave from Droix’s social media team. He was genuinely helpful and went out of his way to assist me via Discord. Without his help, I don’t think I would have received my Thor as smoothly. Unfortunately, the email customer service didn’t match that standard. I was told by Viki that next-day collection wasn’t possible, even though Dave had already confirmed it was fine and I was already two hours into my journey. Thankfully Viki was mistaken, and when I arrived the team on site were friendly, efficient, and got everything sorted quickly. One tiny thing that still makes me smile — I have no idea how they managed to get their business card inside a factory-sealed package. That one might remain a mystery! Bottom line: Droix are good value if you want to skip long lead times, and the majority of the team are friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend them — just reach out via Discord rather than email if you need support.

Great Purchase
I was eyeing the AYN Odin 3 for quite a while and was pleasantly surprised that it was available to purchase. It was quick to arrive and I am thoroughly happy with the product and service, it came with a free case which was great as I was going to purchase one anyway. I would highly recommend buying from here.
