This company is a POS
This company is a POS, they automatically sign you up for a subscription and even when you cancel it still get charged. There is no number to contact to talk to a human. I’ve already disputed it with my card company and still have been charged again. I ordered once and have cancelled the subscriptions and still can’t get out out of these charges STAY AWAY!!!!!

Terrible scam
Terrible scam. Will not let you get to your account to cancel. So eventually got to customer service and they said they will email me a response eventually to cancel. From now on I will never order anything from Facebook!!

There’s nothing wrong with the product…
There’s nothing wrong with the product itself. The issue is that I ordered it as a one time purchase and someone or AI on Drift’s end changed it to a subscription. I had supposedly successfully cancelled the subscription last month, but then got a notice from my credit card company that I was billed again this month, $41.72. This is bullsh!t! I went through again today and canceled the subscription. I’m going to dispute this most recent charge with AMEX, and have them put a block on my account so Drift can’t put anymore charges through. I understand that more and more online companies are doing this. You indicate a one time purchase and they’re taking it upon themselves and switching it to subscription. Online shopping has become a very sleazy business. The number listed for Drift is a non working number (385-888-9418).

Terrible product
Terrible product, nonexistent customer service combined with charging for purchases I didn’t make. Save yourself the headache and get one of those little tree air fresheners instead.

Beware of subscription scam!
The scent is overwhelming and not calming at all. I ordered it 1 time and was unaware they automatically put you in a monthly subscription! I’ve tried canceling it twice and they keep charging my card and sending the awful product monthly! I’ve emailed and called, but the subscription continues!
