Very disappointing experience with the…
Very disappointing experience with the Leeds store. Submitted a formal complaint on 7 July 2026 regarding a faulty prom dress that I purchased for my daughter. I’ve still not received any sort of meaningful reply despite chasing this three times. It was too late to arrange an alternative dress / return the faulty dress due to the date of prom being so close. Spoilt the whole experience for her and I am now being completely ignored by them. Would not recommend. EDIT - I finally had a response to my complaint three weeks after this was submitted. I had to chase again for this. I assume it was the Manager of the Leeds Store that responded although she never provided her job title. Apparently I have caused the damage to the dress as it was “perfect” when it left the store. Interestingly, they do not have a complaints procedure and were unable to escalate my complaint any further. I have sent an email to the Directors of the business who have also not responded. Very disappointing experience.

Me & my daughter went to Dress 2 party Liverpool. The girls that work there are amazing, they made my little girl feel like a princess. She chose a beautiful dress for her little primary school prom.

Wow 🤩 what an amazing experience my daughter had at dress to party Liverpool the girls couldn’t be anymore helpful and helped her choose her dream prom dress she looked and felt like a princess and had so many fabulous comments!!
