Sehr gute Erfahrung von Anfang bis Ende. Alles war transparent, zuverlässig und deutlich unkomplizierter als erwartet. Man merkt, dass hier Wert auf einen guten Service gelegt wird. Ich würde den Anbieter jederzeit wieder nutzen.

Permanent chat restriction, rude support
Permanent chat restriction, false warnings and unacceptable support handling. I had a very disappointing experience with Dream Games through Royal Kingdom. After making in-app purchases, my access to the team chat was permanently restricted. I repeatedly asked Support to explain the specific basis for the restriction, which messages were considered violations, how previous warnings were assessed, and whether clearly incorrect warnings had been taken into account. Instead of receiving clear answers, I was given generic responses and eventually warned that my access to Customer Support itself could be permanently restricted if I continued asking questions about the matter. The situation became even more concerning when, after Support closed the conversation, the game itself asked whether my questions had been answered. I selected “No” and was then explicitly shown “What else can we help you with?” together with a message field. After using that option, the ability to initiate a new Support chat disappeared from my account. I have also found reports from other players describing similar problems involving chat restrictions, questionable warnings and lack of access to effective support. In my view, this is extremely poor and potentially misleading treatment of paying users. Royal Kingdom strongly encourages in-app spending, yet when a serious account restriction occurs, the review and support process appears opaque, inconsistent and punitive. I have now submitted a formal GDPR access request and reported the developer’s practices to Apple. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Dream Games or Royal Kingdom unless they significantly improve transparency, moderation review and customer support.

Royal Match or Royal Kingdom this is the Fair Play statement: Fair Play Policy We are trying our best to ensure that the game is fair and fun for everyone. We apply a zero-tolerance policy to cheating and any kind of unethical behavior since they create inequality between players. We take immediate action for the accounts when we detect manipulated game progress. What they actually do is give certain accounts different targets and different rewards causing them to burn through more bonuses than others hoping you’ll spend to keep up. When you points this out as a UNFAIR PRACTICE here was there reply: Different players may see different content within the game. This allows us to evaluate the feature’s impact and make any necessary adjustments. We appreciate your feedback about this matter.

These sodding ads!!!
You can’t fathom the immensity of the rage I feel every time a Royal Match or Royal Kingdom ad flashes up on screen. And it flashes up A LOT. Overplayed, lengthy, repetitive and frustrating ads for bs games.
