Overpriced utility cost, staff is threatening
There is no window in the kitchen, and ventilation is inadequate. Only one of the two stoves works, and only one of the two sinks has been functional for months. There was no heating in the common areas during the winter. The router often fails, leaving us without internet for days. The company gives evasive answers whenever we report a problem or a fault. There is only one men's and one women's toilet for 11 rooms. There is no dining area, nor is there a living room with a TV, etc. For weeks, the door closer arm was broken, so the entrance door did not close properly. Flammable materials were stored in the hallway for weeks; they were only removed following a fire safety inspection. They issue fake, overpriced utility bills and unlawfully charge VAT, which is illegal! They verbally threaten to break down my door if I do not pay the unjustified utility bill. Criminal proceedings for fraud and document forgery are currently underway against the company with the police and the tax authority. Additionally, the building inspectorate is conducting an investigation. The company is also facing proceedings for harassment, trespassing, and making threats. Do not go there!! They are cheaters!

Its a scam company pls get an AirBnB instead of living here they will never return you your deposit money back and will come up with ridiculous excuses to deduct your money i wish i knew german language so i would hire a lawyer and sue this trash company moreover the the room i was living in had its bed broken and the mattress was as thin as a slice of bread which caused me sever back problems and upon multiple requests they never changed it

Worst company ever 10x utility bills
‼️‼️SCAMMERS ALERT‼️‼️ Worst company ever 10x utility bills . Dont even show you utility bill from the gas or elcetricity offices. and if you are a student please live in the hotels until you found a good place. Not retured my deposit amd asked for more 200 on top of my deposit. Construction is not even good bathroom water is flooded again and again . And you can see bumbs on the floor even. Stay away

Höchst unseriöses Unternehmen
Wohne nun seit ca. 3 Jahren in dieser Wohnung. Anfangs hat DortmundFlats immer eigene Abrechnungen über die Energiekosten erstellt und ich musste mir eigene Anbieter für Strom/Gas suchen, da DortmundFlats mehr als doppelt so hohe Preise pro qm³ verlangt als marktüblich. Mitarbeiter kommen mit eigenem Schlüssel unangekündigt in die Wohnung, um bspw. Putzpläne für WG-Mitbewohner zu platzieren oder Mahnungen an Zimmertüren zu hängen. Ich habe mittlerweile den Mieterverein ins Boot geholt, um meine zu viel gezahlten Nebenkosten einzuklagen. Alles in allem bin ich einfach nur froh, wenn ich hier endlich raus kann, da die Wohnungssituation hier in der Stadt mir leider keine andere Wahl lässt, als vorerst hier zu bleiben.
