Not built for snowboarding at all
Extremely disappointing. Dope Snow clothing may look good in photos, but the actual quality and performance do not match the image they sell. I bought their gloves specifically for snowboarding, and my hands became so cold that they were bleeding. That is completely unacceptable for winter sports equipment. Winter sports require clothing that actually protects you from cold, wind and snow, this isn't just about fashion. Selling products marketed for snowboarding that don't provide adequate protection is extremely dangerous. The clothes look nice, but when it comes to actual performance and quality, I would not trust this brand for serious winter conditions. Do not buy this expecting reliable snowboarding gear.

A company that values their customers
I never normally leave reviews but I really felt the need to leave one for this company. Firstly, due to my oversight I entered an email address I don't normally use and freaked out when I didn't receive confirmation of my order on my regular email (the confirmation went to the other email I entered of course...). I contacted their customer services and within seconds I had a reply from them, they checked it for me and informed me it was on a different email and that everything is fine. I have bought a ski/snowboard jacket from them and it was too baggy for me. I then ordered a size smaller but decided it was still quite baggy so decided to return both (they were in separate parcels). It is important to say the jacket was lovely and well made it was simply not my style. . Anyway, I returned the parcels via UPS and whilst one of the parcels arrived quite promptly and the refund for it was issued almost immediately upon DOPE receiving it, the second parcel was still stuck with UPS somewhere in Denmark. I contacted UPS to try to sort it out but they were no help.. Upon contacting Dope and telling them what happened they immediately helped me out and I received a full refund. Their customer service is honestly the best I have received in a long time if not ever. I would highly recommend this company not only for their very cool and well made products but also for their respect and value to their customers - something we just don't see enough these days.. Thank you DOPE, keep up the good work!

I’m soo glad I found dope snow
I’m soo glad I found dope snow - HIGH QUALITY! I’m tried my jacket on (the faded violet range women’s) and wore it till I started sweating haha I can’t wait for snow trip! I’ve gone back twice to purchase more!
